Hello famz. I got an offer from an home care company. They already have their license but said they are waiting for COS allocation. They gave me a training link to take some free but mandatory training course which I have started taking. My concern is does every home care have to wait for allocation from UKVI even after securing the license? I haven't received an official offer letter yet but just told I have been offered employment and should do the training.

Kindly share the name of the Care home for other to benefit

You people should be careful being too desperate, you said they should claim they can drive even if they can't . Do you know what it takes to drive in UK , driving test etc.. Note. You're driving manual transmission and a right-hand drive cars . Please don't let them ban Nigerian applicants for false declaration.

This transportation thing is a big problem tbh... Most of the jobs wants someone with a 'reliable' means of transport. You can get an international license until you apply at the DMV but where you wan find car from?

The entire process is tiring I can't lie, the amount of rejection mails I've received so far... E remain make my mail start dey complain. I've been shortlisted for a few so I keep my fingers crossed and my hopes high and so should you.

You can't be doing same thing and expecting a different result. Now you have more to prove to explain 1. Purpose of Visit (how well established is the person and is he willing to back you with documents) 2. Travel history (where have you been to recently not 2012 that's too far away) 3. Current employment (did you submit enough company documents like CAC, Tax, bank account/ invoice transactions to show your business exist etc) 4. Personal asset and financial status (what do you have as home ties eg landed property, car, how much flows in your personal account not just the balance).

Get someone like Justwise or Frank to help review your current situation and see how it can be repackaged else high chances are you get rejected again.

Thank you greatly , though my friend is a red seal electrian working in a coal mine and own personal house but I don't think I met all you analysed above , I have them partially . My conclusion is to hold it until I have stonger ties and travels elsewhere before I shoot the shot . Thanks for your time .

You have not satisfied me you will leave Canada then tick .. Purpose of visit l 1st and 2nd , same reason in the third attempt but tick Purpose of Visit ,travel history , current employment, personal asset and financial status .

Self employed , single dad , Invitation from a male white friend (age mate) to his small town in BC . What do you think my chance is ? note : 4th attempt , last was 2016 , last travel 2012 UK ...

Try using Visa credit card or visa prepaid card that is also registered for online banking.

The access bank signature card is a prepaid card but I will keep trying ..thank you

This remind me of an American woman friend who is also very desperate to marry from Nigeria. I had saved this woman from numerous liers and scam marriage but she insisted most of her friend in the state has imported their husband from Africa . She was not comfortable with me saving her but sees me as hindrance. Lastly she found a guy again , told me about him and blocked me on social media . My observation is that they're also greedy and desperate looking for sex slave they can't find in their home country trying to take advantage of poor and vulnerable African men . I condemn Scam in all ways .

I would apply again, but, how do I give the visa officer comfort that I would return to Nigeria before my visa elapses.

I had similar experience in Belarus years ago ...but I took a wise decision to return back to Nigeria immediately . I slept in a cold room for five days , nobody cares and they all pretend they don't speak English . Blood has started coming out from my nose , all they are after is the dollars I brought ...I just ignored them and left back to Nigeria .
