The governor as a matter of urgency appoint his own team to work with not those who were appointed by Wike. Appoint new Commissioner and make the resigned ones to refund all proceedings that are with them.
Check them very well, if there’s any atom of corruption within any of them, sue them to court or EFCC.
Make them regret their life. Make life Miserable for them.
Wike did the same to Amechi and heaven didn’t fall, the governor Fubara or whatsoever should as a matter of urgency ban Wike from entering Rivers State. He must get sense by force.
Soon he will cause problem in APC and they will chase him out. Fubara is a rookie, you don’t fight a war on many fronts. He made his move too early in the game, should have been patient and play along until he has consolidated on power. I guarantee Fubara has no organic structure/loyalist in the state and Wike will come out of this conflict stronger |

GO0DHardDick: I have said this before that it baffles how a poor broke girl will set standard and say she wants a rich man whereas she herself is swimming in poverty. She can't provide her own Tfare, data, food, bills etc yet she wan Marry rich man? But same cannot be said about the man.
Dear man, set high standard for yourself. Avoid poor broke girls, they're liability and Parasites. If she's not rich dump her. Never settle for less You’re not being pragmatic about marriage. Since the beginning of time and in all cultures, women marry up (hypergamy) while men marry down (hypogamy). It’s what makes the world and procreation go round |

This people (ibos) are seriously sick for always resulting to conflict and violence to settle civil disputes. They caused the Nigerian civil war due to their inability to dialogue in a civil society. Everything to them is violence and force. Same way Obi was inciting churches to religious violence/war against Muslims in the last election. Yoruba’s and other Africans have been studying at that same institution in Scotland since the 1930’s but you won’t hear of any situation where an aggrieved student threatened to commit a terrorist attack against the university |

meum: What a joke! Begging looters to bring out their loot to the mainstream market instead of arresting them!
I keep saying until the penalty for corruption becomes death by hanging, this country isn’t getting any better.
Truth is don’t expect much from this administration with this kind of statement. You and others criticising the policy don’t comprehend The government already has some record of those involved in the illegal trade. Therefore, is moving in stages to deal with the crisis 1. The executive order has made it illegal to hoard dollars 2. The government is now appealing to institutions/individuals hoarding dollars to voluntarily release their funds into circulation/ market 3. The final stage is to start clamping down on offenders through the deposit’s help in their various bank accounts The government can not just move to start arresting people converting their savings from naira to dollars cos it’s within their rights to hedge against inflation. Therefore, by appealing to their sense of patriotism giving due warnings and gathering concrete evidence against those that acquired their dollars illegally has to be done first. I think it’s a good policy to adopt in a crisis. However, can be counterproductive and challenged in court |

Acidosis: So why hasn't the Naira gained significantly against the dollars since the removal of subsidy??
When we paid subsidy in billions of U.S. $$ - Naira was @700
Subsidy was removed in 2023 and Naira fell badly to N1200
What other evidence do you need to know that nothing thrives in the midst of corrupt and stup!d leaders?? Dumb post, naira has not gained since FG removed subsidy because petroleum companies still require dollars to import diesel and petrochemicals into the country. Do you you think they are getting the dollars from the sky? |

mrvitalis: The problem with APC is instead of focusing on promoting export they are focusing on preventing import
That's so 1800s economics
The theory of comparative advantage rules the world
You think China can't farm corn and soy? But import it? You think China can't farm meats? But import?
You think America can't build chips?
Lmaooo Una go learn
Obi was here giving you guys free knowledge no body took it seriously The theory of comparative advantage according to Ricardo is a scam that favours only developed and industrialised countries. Nigeria produces mainly agricultural products/crude oil and needs to protect its infant industries and economy from being a dumping ground for cheap imported Chinese goods. The almighty USA and Germany were once against the theory before they became industrialised |
