brother you're not enlighten
why not just tell them to fold their hands

I tell you something: the marine world, witches and wizards, ogboni men, they never miss their meeting but those who call themselves children of God can't take a minute to pray..... prayer is like a fire you must keep burning in order to the enemy away
Lmao! Wizards witches ogboni?!?! who are they? where are they? please abeg let's leave talk.. God be with you.

shall we continue in sin that grace may abound?
Few years ago, more than 9 pastors from the church I used to worship all died in a car crash on their way to a crusade. I'm not saying we should continue in sin, but your prayer isn't what is keeping you alive, not even your righteousness.

And many will open their gutter mouth and tell you they don't believe in spirituality...
Only constant prayers and faithfulness can save you in this wicked world
"Pray without season"
The only thing I don't play with is prayer
So you believe it's your prayer and faithfulness that has been keeping you alive?

Shut your rancid mouth. Bodyguard for white men. The minute someone raises the history of Nigeria (of which colonialists were a HUGE part) slaves like you start running around to protect your white massa. Fact is if you have to assess why Nigeria is not as developed as South Africa, which is the op's topic, you MUST mention the two nations' respective colonial histories, or you have not addressed the problem. In SA the colonialists started building the country the minute they got there in the 1800s. In Nigeria, the colonialists did nothing, while still exporting our resources. Fast forward to 1960. The two countries were miles apart in development terms because one got investment for a century and the other did not. If we do a 100 meter race and I stand 30 meters in front of you prior to the race, will I not win the race? Fast forward to 2015, the two countries are still miles apart because one (Nigeria) is still playing catch up with the other, since SA did not stop developing or pause after 1960 while waiting for Nigeria to catch up. Instead she has continued developing too. So we still are not the same in terms of living standards. YOU CANNOT TRACE THE INEQUALITY BETWEEN THE TWO NATIONS WITHOUT DISCUSSING THEIR COLONIAL/POST COLONIAL HISTORIES SINCE THE RACE FOR DEVELOPMENT DID NOT START LAST YEAR OR 5 YEARS AGO, BUT A CENTURY AND HALF AGO. When you see a youth misbehaving, smoking crack and rap.ing girls and playing truant, you investigate his history. How he was raised, who raised him, who his friends are etc etc. You do not say ''Ah.. don't blame his childhood. Don't blame anybody. The child is cursed!!!''. That's illiterate thinking.
So what is the solution?
PoliticsRe: See Pics Of South Africa's BRT Bus Stops And Roads In Joburg by BOWOTO(m): 6:35am On Oct 26, 2015
The difference between South Africa And Nigeria is like "black and white"..... Nigeria should be compared to Ghana, congo, Togo..

I don't care about having the Highest GDP, if it doesn't make life easier for me then to hell with it. We should drop our ego and learn from these countries on development.

Thank you from preventing me from reaching such "asinine conclusions" which I am yet to reach, but you obviously know my thoughts better than I do it seems. Now when you are done with your amusing rants on history of colonialism (which we all agree should not be ignored), educate us at what point the country should start taking responsibility for it's underdevelopment. I will not assume you would reach such an asinine conclusion that proposes we have no responsibility, no I will give you the courtesy of arriving at your own thoughts and perhaps read them tomorrow.

What a child.
Bro please ignore that guy, I gave up on him a long time ago, he has the typical Nigeria mentality, blaming colonialists for his misfortunes. After 55 years, still blaming colonialists, I doubt if Nigeria will ever develop. with people like this.

I will ignore the insults, most of you react more with emotions than your brains these days.

INFERIORTY COMPLEX IS ASKING QUESTIONS ON WHY MY DEAR COUNTRY REMAINS SO BACKWARD IN 2015? WHILE ANOTHER SIMIALR COUNTRY IN AFRICA APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN GETTING IT RIGHT

Where is the wealth from the largest economy when all we do in Lagos to Abuja is hustle, traffic is chaotic, no good roads, no electricity, security is zero, no good health centres e.t.c....

Wouldn't an average Nigerian prefer an economy that actually works for him. Like people don't have to wake up 4am to avoid morning traffic, like you don't have to leave work 10pm to avoid traffic while praying there is electricity when you get home.
You can't argue with this people, they'll start throwing insults when they have nothing else to say.

The only reason South Africa are more advanced than any country in Africa is that the colonialists who seized the country in the 19th century RE-INVESTED the proceeds from their export trade BACK into the country. This they did because they saw themselves as permanent settlers there. In other colonies like Nigeria, Congo, Ghana, Sierra Leone etc, the colonialists simply evacuated resources and SIPHONED the proceeds to their home countries to enrich their own nations. Thus by the 1940s South Africa was already a developed country with top notch infrastructure, countless universities, a manufacturing industry, and a large middle class. Nigeria as late as 1960 had not one single expressway, not one university, and not one major hospital. Same applied to the other colonies.

Therefore South Africa had a HEAD-START of over 100 yrs plus, over other African nations. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON WE ARE PLAYING CATCH-UP TODAY.
How long has it been now? 55 years? and the colonialists are still responsible for our bad roads? bad transportation system? etc... bro I get you're being patriotic, but 100years from now, we would still be behind South africa with the way we are going.
