how many people do they admit from each state? and is their admission strictly on merit? I love NPF but I learnt admission into their academy is politicised. how true is this pls?

We were three friends in my town preparing for this Jamb.We went to Jamb lessons together,studied together and even wrote our Jamb exams on the same day(Friday last week).


When the results were out,the smartest among us scored 309......now an MBBS aspirant in UNN.
The other guy scored 302.......also going for medicine in UNN.


And........


I scored 303.......going for medicine in UI.(please,pardon me for I cannot upload the picture here...abeg na nokia torch I dey use ...things go better. ).God have finally wiped away my tears after four years of persistent trials,and I pray that the same favour locate all aspirants here this year......


I also saw scores like 340,337,320,328,311,etc.......and I think this is suggesting that the cutoff mark for medicine this year will be very very high especially in schools like UI,UNN,UNILAG and OAU.


Guys what's your take on this.....


I think we should begin early to discuss and prepare for this post UTME now because I can remember that we started very early for this Jamb and many of us here bulldozed and fired an intercontinental ballistic nuclear and catastrophic missiles against the enemy target(JAMB)!!!.

oou putme take place around June/july, so u can do their putme without changing it to first choice, I mean without doing any Chang of institution, like I said earlier The school will not fetch your information from jamb, that is why u can apply without doing change of institution. After the putme exam ur score will determine whether u change it to first choice or not. If u had like 65 or 70 in their putme, u already know dat ur score will give u a better chance of securing admission, then u can now do change of institution from UI to OOU. but if u fail their putme, u dont have to do any change of institution.

Don't be confused.
if it's UI your heart wants, go for it.
Don't allow fear to hinder you.

Besides, agricultural economics isn't that competitive in UI.
I could still remember their cutoff last year.it wasn't that high.it was around 50+ but it wasn't up to 55.

UI is just so simple to gain admission into. if one can meet the cutoff marl of one's aspiring course, one is in already.

There is no school that accept second choice now, it must be first choice.
What you can do is dat, u will do oou post UTME first without changing it to first choice because oou will not fetch ur information from jamb, so after doing the post UTME, or score will determine whether u will change it to first choice or not.

The ideal jamb score for medicine in UNN is 310.

Your chances with ESUT as second choice for medicine is very low. Only few newly created universities will admit you as a second choice applicant.

i made my state university my second choice, does that mean I have low chance of getting admitted?
I picked Federal uni as first choice.
