The cost per acre of land in which i have a three acre at hand presently is between 2.5m and 3m. I cannot give an exact figure right now because we are negotiating. Regarding the land lords i can not say because there is yet to be this kind of project arround this campus. however, i dont think there will be anyone because with the erection of any of this kind of project, i dont think it will match the demand for it. So, i believe there is still room for everybody

I am a real estate vendor and a builder, i also reside in ikorodu in lagos. About some years back the lagos state polytechnic campus was moved from isolo to ikorodu with no plans for hostel. Ikorodu, is a coastal city in lagos. is located on the eastern part of lagos. it can be accessed through mile 12 market or ketu and from the island over the water or agbowa/epe. It is a fast developing town. get a map of lagos, it will help. it is has its own local govt.

The rent in this estate ranges between 120k-150k for a 2 bedroom, while the 3 bed ranges between 200k and 250k. I just sold one for a client on wednesday which she's renovating to let out at 250k per annum
