Nigerian businessmen who don't think before making business decisions. I said this before, now it's happening. How can someone purchase an airline for $350million without proper company valuation. I kept doubting how someone paid this amount, did not follow process, I mean little was done. I'm no expert on M & A, but I do know that in finance before you acquire a company; there are tons of financial documents the company will release disclosing the health of the company. Acquiring a $300+ company doesn't take a month; it take month(s) because of negotiation particularly debt before getting regulatory approval.

I questioned if Mr. Tinubu hired experts to analyze this company,  some said he hired them and some said am I better than those he hired? I said well those analyst lied to him because the numbers did not add up, some people called me "bad and hateful", when acquiring a company with a bad debt profile, you will proceed with caution, I mean how did they miss this?


Mr. Tinubu, this one is your fault.

You do proper company valuation when you earn your income genuinely. but what if you earn your income via looting , you don't need any valuation cos you get donations from other Acn governors.

i am an igboman from imo state and i have said it here on more than 100 different places and i am going to say it again. 1,000,000.00 jonathan will never ever bring the much needed change to nigeria.
el rufai was accused of abuse of power by the late yar adua regime that wanted him to clear some issues but rather than doing that, he flew nigeria alongside ribadu. jonathan because of his inordinate ambition to be the president of nigeria brought them back with the hope of using them but while ribadu played along el rufai found his cpc more lucrative.
pdp has been in power since 1999 with nothing to show for it apart from the crazy looting we hear day after day. every country is looking up to egypt style of freedom but who will bell this cat? in cpc, i see the types of radicals we need to get out of this bondage and if God's time is here, i will not be surprised if el rufai will be used.
if jonathan and his dogs are beginning to consider the idea of arresting those who talk, then we need bigger prisons because on nairaland alone, he get get up to 100,000 in mates.
the truth is that nigerians are not happy and everybody is talking not only el rufai so i wonder why on el rufai is arrested yet.


watch your tv and read newspapers and you will see that nobody is happy.
increasing electricity tarrif at a time when we are calling for supply. boko haram deleting ppl on daily basis and senators and other politicians stealing our public funds like the country is expiring.
we will talk so sss and jonathan shld be getting ready for more arrests.
