Seascape Villa by NextHome | Attracting Key Figures I can see my dream is within reach. The seascape villa is gradually getting out of grounds. Guess who came visiting today! It's my dad (my mentor). He wanted to see what his baby is doing at the seascape villa and chip in some more interesting tips on how to build one-of-it's-kind beachfront resort. Happy 43rd Anniversary to you Dad and Mum!

befto:"If I stick to my words" or "If clients stick to their contract with NextHome." If clients gets realistic with their expectations. If clients stops using cheap blackmails to address less trivia issues. If clients are more professional in their dealings. Again, NextHome is not a "Baba Risi" the bricklayer. With Milestone Payments, things has never gone wrong with anyone who followed it to the letter. Milestone payments does deny owners the right to supply whatever they wish to supply. Just ensure you keep to your part of the contract before we move to site. 2016 will be more interesting as we have lawyered up the business. No more "he told me to tell you." We will be here to build for the selected few who can afford the peace of mind that comes with our services. |
Thanks ahmodu4real. Comment such as this inspires us to do more. There's nothing Julius Berger than the processes and set rules which her people follows by heart. The people are the same people we meet on our site on a daily basis and the equipment they use aren't heavenly. We will continually improve our processes to serve our clients better. |

We lead, They follow. | Precast Inspection Chambers by NextHome Call it packaging or anything you like. It has become our way of life. We are from the "New School" and tends to do things differently. In Olamide's voice "I do my things my way" We are almost in the 22nd century. Which inspection chamber will you choose? It doesn't cost fortune. It only cost the ability of your builder to think-outside-the-box. Precast or Traditional?
|
EgunMogaji:Yes, they're coming out straight into the inspection chambers (precast in this case). _____________ Pics of what we did back in 2013.
