Oga Skimanski,

Money was paid on the 9th of April. On the 22nd of April, I posted this on Nairaland which was equally given to the client in hard and soft copy. https://www.nairaland.com/1588017/nexthome-builders-2014-2015-new/12#32983023

The 3D of the 4 Unit of 4 Bedroom Terrace Duplexes in Ologolo.

We don't just paste pics here. We may need it for reference in times like this.

2. T16 columns supplied and fabricated.
3. T12 lintel rings fabricated

I am very sorry that I mistook the term "Baba Lati" which is ONLY used for the Bricklayers from hell.
I am also very happy that the term was generally not being used for the un-educated (school wise) bricklayers.
There is no age limit for apologizing; sorry for my misunderstanding.

Hajji M.
Thanks for your understanding.

Anytime I'm on site I always use the expression to caution artisans and even supervisors, "Don't do Baba Lati work for me o?" That means don't do "call me back" type of work for me.

One of your good old friend (lovetosin) sold this expression to me "Ma je ki won to ise Baba Lati fun mi o" "Don't let them do Baba Lati work for me?"

_______________
@lovetosin, sorry for the loss of your dad. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace. As requested, I'll be at your site this Friday.

My sister... each time I read about Baba Lati from those so called Builders/Contractors.. I have to restraint myself from saying something silly.
Those so called educated Builder, who do they hired to do their block works? Do they hire bricklayers with Ph.D in blocklaying?
So I hate when people come here and make mockery or derogatory of calling those Bricklayers "Baba Lati".

Hajji M.
Hajji,

I always use the term "Baba Lati" to tag some very terrible artisan in the trade. It does not mean I'm condemning the uneducated builders. Just like you rightly said, they're the lifeline of most projects.

But trust me, you really don't want to have encounter with "the Baba Lati's of this world" Even some of the educated ones without field experience are also called "Baba Lati"

I'm sorry if you think my comment come off as mockery.

Toilet fittings and faucets - Endiasami is up to the task.

Tiles - I'll suggest you go to Orile Market yourself. I pay and pack.

Hope I've been able to help. Ask those two guys for discount quoting my name "Bosun"

If the location is around Ajah, I'll be glad to give free design service in your main lounge.

Why would 3D not be included, its part of the package that was agreed. I mean why pay 250k and you are here saying 3D is not part of it.
9th April you paid N140,000 for the architectural drawings of 4 unit of 4 bedroom terrace duplexes which was done by us. Do you have any information or records on what extra N110k was paid for?

No discussion on 3D

Chairman, I am sorry to hear you were only given door schedule...... chairman Brabus, is that all you would send or is that just to wet his appetite because I don't think anyone would pay quarter of a million for just door schedule... please rectify this and do the needful, your name in business is what u need to worry about, sir.
The door schedule was sent in error. I've actually forwarded the full set of drawing in zip format.
