chidonweb:Oga,....people asked for a private chat so they can send their floor plans to you alone without sharing it to everybody and you said no,...any body that took his brain, time and energy to design a floor plan will not post it here with your kind of request,...except that person stole it....why not stop this drama and go source for it elsewhere since you are not ready to get it privately,......for you I formation, Architecture is very expensive,....and it's an intellectual property,....it's like telling an author to send you his sample manuscript on Nairaland,......Architects like me will not give you my design even privately,....we are not that desperate.....The guy that gave you an undimentioned floor plan went out of his way yet you had the effontry to call it graphic design I stead of discussing business with him,....I'm not sure you'll be able to pay an Architect if you eventually find one,..... 5 Likes |

You will hardly get a good location for 1m,.... It is safer to buy Abuja lands with C of O,...any other title can land him in losses,...Abuja lands are more or less the more you look the less you see.,....He can get genuine lands of 1m far away from town, probably within masaka, zuba/suleja axis, abaji/kwali axis,...some part of mararaba especially those ow es bu communities,....before buying he should engage a good lawyer with experience to help in doing proper search,...land matter here is very Daisy,....once he is no to sure he should quit immediately. 3 Likes |

There are many of such examples of rooms in roof scattered all over Abuja....the difference is the materials and method of construction......we Architects understand our clients.....Nigerians don't have maintenance culture....so in all designs and construction we think of readily available materials also considering the fact that the construction process will still have issues of corner-cutting......eve in the design of flat and slab roofs.....details are not usually followed.....those technical specifications that make such roofs work are seen as grammar and jargon that are just included to increase volume of sheets.....All the question by the OP are doable ....its just he factors that surround it that makes it the way it looks... 2 Likes |
