Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita, has returned to work after President Muhammadu Buhari rejected her request for early retirement.

Oyo-Ita returned to her desk on Thursday after participating in the swearing-in ceremony of ministers on Wednesday.

The HoS had sent in her letter on Sunday following pressure from her family.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is investigating her for alleged involvement in a N3 billion contract scam.

Oyo-Ita was quizzed for four days beginning from August 8 and kept in EFCC custody.

She was interrogated over abuse of duty tour allowance, money laundering and stealing of government funds, Igbere TV reports.

EFCC said the N3 billion linked personally to Oyo-Ita allegedly came in through proxy companies.

The money was discovered during a probe of a former minister under who she served as permanent secretary.

Oyo-Ita has denied culpability in the alleged scam.

The embattled Oyo-Ita was absent on Monday and Tuesday at the presidential retreat for ministers-designate, federal permanent secretaries and top government functionaries held at the state house conference centre in Abuja.

What you have basis said is that Demons can chase away the Holy Spirit from a Christian. No, not even if the born again person stops walking with God. Why? Because he has been sealed with the Holy Spirit by God.

You shouldn't be so furious to condemn a man to hell like you asked me to go to hell. Christ bought me with a price and no human justice system can undo the charges against me which Jesus dropped.

Moreover, I can't find the sentence in my post that says demons can chase the Holy Spirit. Please quote the sentence where I said that.
Again I say it is a grammatical error to say a Christian is possessed (possession means ownership) but a Christian who leaves the doors open to demons will have himself manipulated. It doesn't matter if you are tongue blasting, fire calling or .....if you keep watching pornography the Holy Spirit won't stop you from getting addicted if you keep watching it. If He warns you and you keep doing it, you are opening up to the demon of addiction. It is not everything you use that you possess. You go to out and use the public space because you found it needful and uncontested. You have no legal right over it but you used it all the same until a force pushes you out of it. True, the gifts of God (including the Holy Spirit and it's gifts) are without repentance but the gifts that are abused will not work the way they should. He that breaks the hedge will be bitten by a serpent (Eccl 10:8 .
The Holy Spirit is a sign of salvation but He won't bring a cane to beat you anytime you ask Him to keep quiet and open the doors of your heart to demons. It is your choice. He restricts you by making you feel uneasy but if you are adamant, there is nothing He can do. He doesn't interfere with our choices but advices us on the best choices. If you turn to Him, He helps you win. If you shut Him out, He won't force Himself on you. It is the extent to which you permit Him that He works in you.

A Christian doesn't need constant renewing of the spirit. The Holy Spirit is ever effective and will never allow a demon enter where he resides.

Maybe you don't understand my interpretation of 'renewing'. Renewing of the spirit is not like asking God for a new Holy Spirit. It is like taking the stock of your walk with God. An evaluation of your Christian Life and making adjustments where necessary.
It is however untrue to say demons can not enter a Christian. If you open the doors, they will. Maybe you should understand the fact that demonic activities can span as far as sicknesses, panic attacks, addictions etc. Tell me, do Christians suffer these effects? Can a Christian become addicted to things by exposing themselves through watching, listening, tasting, feeling e.t.c?
