kidap: Iheanacho has struggled at Leicester City and his goal on Tuesday is not a sign of a change of fortune.
Nigerian forward Kelechi Iheanacho on Tuesday, July 23 scored his first goal in 10 months to help Leicester City to another pre-season win.
Iheanacho who was a substitute in Leicester City’s 3-0 win over Cambridge United on Wednesday, scored in the 83rd minute to double their lead.
The 22-year-old Nigeria international scored with a header off a cross from Harvey Barnes.
Iheanacho’s goal in Tuesday’s game was his first since September 2018 when he scored in a Premier League 3-1 win over Huddersfield.

Well, it might be somehow unjust to label them with this picture. None of them was carrying any weapon. Not even an arrow or spear. However, with the spate of religious unrests in kaduna and this man being fingered for chairing religious divisions, the assumptions might eventually not be far-fetched. If they could confront the military, burn down NEMA Outpost at the national Secretariat, kill police men, etc, it is just a matter of time before they come the street with weapons. Buhari is a Muslim, chief or army staff is a Muslim. if you have ever lived in Zaria, you will ask the government to comb the entire city and fish out more people than Zazaki. The gvt know what they are doing but we are equally vigilant and watching everything in 3D. |

gracegrace668: Hello everyone. Please, I'm not a newbie on NL. I opened this account to protect my identity.
I never thought I'd use this word to ever describe myself. Sadly, I am an alcoholic. It has taken me a great deal of embarrassment and pain to finally come to this conclusion.
I'm a female in my early 20's. One of the first things people comment on when we have a conversation is how intelligent I am. Good enough, I fair well academically and have done so for as long as I can remember. There is this dark side of me however. I am an alcohol addict.
I've read about my condition, especially at times when I swear I would never indulge in excessive drinking anymore. A person like me is called a functioning alcoholic. I started drinking as a way to forget some emotional and troubles but as I see, this in no way helps especially longterm.
I drink everything from wine, spirits to liquor. I go out with friends that drink. I go out to drink alone. I buy some alcohol to drink at home. I go from laying on the bed to walking out to buy alcohol. I just drink, drink and drink. I'm very ashamed of this. Sincerely, I want to stop. I want to make more meaningful decisions and relationships.
Please, how do I go about this? What can I do? Is there someone/a Group that helps with this kind of condition? Please help me.
Please help me move this to the permanent site. I'll be reading for suggestions. If not for anything, your boldness to come out for help and willingness to stop inspired me to do a little search for you. I know you can get a psychological therapist to help you on the journey and to help fight the withdrawal symptoms. You can also ask God for help depending on your religious disposition. I had a friend in my University days who would not be activated for the day's activities until he smokes. It was so bad for him he could smoke and drink water and he feels nourished without a need to eat as long as he smokes. He wouldn't be able to pass feces until he smokes. He prayed and wanted to stop genuinely. One morning, he picked up a stick to smoke as usual and he said the smell irritated him so much he almost threw up. That was the last time he lit a cigarette. Till date, he detests cigarette. God can! Lastly, I googled and I saw this website where you can meet AA groups. It starts with staying away from what triggers your desires ; your clique and probably, idleness. https://aameetingsnigeria.com |

What I am saying is that Igbo's only have people who resort to begging because they can't, reasonably, fend for themselves. E.g the blind or those suffering from illnesses that they can't handle financially.
This is unlike some tribes with healthy able bodied men begging for alms with bowl. E.g...lol |

Olorunnim: What colour are they then? If Black mambas aren't black , you can recognise them by their coffin shaped head, black body and Black mouth. They are not black. They only have black inner mouth and silver body. However, black mambas are not found in Western or southern Nigeria. They are scantly available in the East and a little part of the North Eastern part of Nigeria. Easter green and Western green mambas are the green but the western green members are best distributed in the western parts of Nigeria. |

Sethzenon: Black mambas are not "greenish" their colour ranges from grey to dark brown. There are also green mambas with white mouth. No one knows it all. All you had to do was to calmly explain it to him. . You right. I was wrong to have lashed out furiously and my big error, black mambas are not green. If O.P lives in Western Nigeria to there is no way that would have been a black Mamba. You hardly find black mambas in Nigeria save for some rare occurrences in Eastern Nigeria, close to Cameroon. However, the mambas in Western Nigeria are green mambas. |

These two have the best land I doubt. Ogun State is the highest producer of cassava in Nigeria. Their soil support cassava production. Benue is know for yam production. I won't doubt cross river to produce huge tons of cassava too but when it comes to cassava output, give it to ogun state |

Result is a flaky substance which can be ground into powder. It has a longer shelf life than the fresh egg |
Crime › Re: Fulani Herdsmen Kill A Pregnant Woman In Plateau State (Graphic Photos) by brainhgeek(m): 7:17pm On Jul 16, 2019 |
zoba88: The community of Ancha village of Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State was in confusion on 15/7/2019 as Margaret Wakili, a 27 year old pregnant woman was killed by Fulani herdsmen.
Around 7am, Margaret took some food to her husband, Wakili Ayuba in the farm, but unfortunately for him, that was the last food he could receive from his wife.
Narrating his ordeal, the deceased's husband, Wakili told Zongo Lawrence, Publicity Secretary of Miango Youth Development Association that he was at the farm with his wife when the unfortunate incident occurred.
He said:
"Early in the morning today, I went to the farm to plant guinea corn and my wife came to the farm to bring me food. After she gave me the food, she helped me in planting the guinea corn. But as we were working, she lifted her head and saw some men. She then notified me about them."
"As I lifted my head, I saw 8 Fulanis. I then told her we should run immediately. My wife was 6 months pregnant, so she could not run faster. 6 of them chased her while 2 chased me. I ran fast and crossed the river. As I crossed, I realized that they killed my wife and were shouting, 'Allahu Akbar, we have killed infidel, we need to kill more'. As I heard them say that, I took to my heels and ran faster. They shot at me while chanting 'Allahu Akbar' but I managed to escape."
"When I got to my village, our people came out and that was how I was saved."
"The Fulani who did this came from Hayin Rukuba."
Margaret is survived by her husband, two children, her parents and other relatives.
May her soul rest in peace.
Source: http://www.trezzyhelm.com/2019/07/pregnant-woman-killed-by-herdsmen-in.html So touching but the fact that you left your 6months pregnant wife and crossed a river ahead of her strikes my imagination. However, I think it is high time Nigerians took laws into their hands against insurgencies. |

She could also be trying to create a sense of self awareness in you at you are now fully formed and you should mind the way you play around men. Best is for you to ask her why she did it. Omooba77: President Muhammadu Buhari, the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have objected to the move by Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to play a video before the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT).
The Nation reports that their lawyers objected when the petitioners’ lawyer, Chris Uche (SAN) invited Atiku’s Media Aide, Segun Showunmi, through whom Uche intended to play the video recordings and tender about 48 documents.
But, Alex. Izinyon (SAN), for Buhari; Adeniyi Akintola (SAN); and Yunus Usman (SAN), for INEC kicked on on the grounds that the petitioners did not front-load the items as required under the Electoral Act.
Tribunal Chairman, Justice Mohammed Garba, then stood down proceedings to consider arguments by parties and rule on whether or not to allow the document and video recordings.
