Buhari has nothing to to with the law that stipulates that leaders of registered NGO's cannot lead the organisation for more than 20 years, the law was passed before he became president. When Soludo was CBN governor, he pushed for a similar legislation that prohibits managing directors of banks from staying in office for more than 10 years.
