are you guys freaking kidding me? Stranger things is the best kid TV series I've ever watched

This fvcking series is topping the list of the popular series ever on IMDb
I don't care if it's the highest rated series in the planet. The show just seem too childish to me. almost like something MTV would produce.

Have you seen season 10, 11, 12? The storyline and delivery is making sense. Infact the show will be renewed for the 14th season and fans can't wait!
Dude, they have explored everything there is to explore, there is nothing there again. Dragging the show to the 14th season is beyond ludicrous at this point. Since Epic kripke left as the showrunner, the show stopped being relevant and some hardcore fans like me stopped watching. like I said before, the show should have wrapped up at season 8.

Okay but I don't know if you can be able to find working download links for season 1 & 2 since they are very old indeed. I watched them via DVD 9 years ago.

I was referring to the night plan, it rolls over for fourteen days.

I think you will be given. Once mine gets exhausted and I recharge my data gets auto renew even without having to do so and I get my 4gb. It's 4gb now, no longer 3.2gb..

@bratking I think I need to watch Twin Peaks oh..
twin peaks is dope. definitely not for everyone. it's confusing as fucck but oddly satisfying. it's on the level of Mulholland drive awesome.

There is even one now, Inhuman... I was disappointed with the storyline. You can give Supernatural a try! It's pretty old and it's still airing. on it 13th season!
Supernatural is another show that outlived it's welcome. that show should have wrapped up on season 8, that's the last relevant season before it got ludicrous. Dean and Sam battling demons, angels and phantoms used to be a fun watch back in the day but now the show is nothing but an empty husk.

What pisses me off about Daredevil is the way he let his overblown sense of morality get in the way of things that need to be done. A dead criminal is one less criminal, but no, he'd rather apprehend them instead and gift wrap them for the cops to find.

Not Frank castle tho. Nope. Frank castle prefers them dead. My kind of vigilante.

The punisher is making a lot of sense. the show is a banger.

I think the idea of spooky things preying and haunting kids was what got me for season one, wanted to see how intense and brutal things may get. But then it was just for effect and it wore off in season one.
I just couldn't get past the whole kid scenes. they are annoying as fucck, especially the black one. that bald girl that look like a freak irritates the hell out of me anytime she's given a screen time, which is a lot. then the whole demogorgon thing.... in fact the whole thing pissed me off.

it's like watching a corrupted/badly produced kid version of twin peaks.

I'm so angry right now..ooo..
Eya. pele grin

I don't sleep that long myself. I habitually wake up every 2 hours. an habit I developed since boarding school days. so even if I dozed up at 11pm, at 1am i'll be active and refreshed.

Marvel shows that have adult contents and rightfully certified 18+ are for 8 year olds?? Dude, you're either trying to take the piss or you're just a bad troll. Just saying.

oh my gawd!! iron fist is so baaaaddd! I couldn't even finish the rubbish. on rotten tomatoes it has one of the lowest rating i've ever seen attached to a series. 17% lol.

What do you mean by "those shows are for 8 year olds"?

I'm midway through Narcos 3, Who were those saying the series was boring??

If I was informed by your dispositions I'd have missed out on this great series.

Did you knowhuh

Wagner Moura who played "Escobar" in the series is a Brazilian, and prior to the filming, he didn't speak a word of Spanish, he had to relocate himself and family to Colombia, attend college classes with other teenagers to learn Spanish.

He also had to gain 40 more pounds to play the role and had to shed off after the project.

Now my question is, when will Nollywood make such sacrifices to make a character stand out in a movie/TV series role??
Prolly when they start earning big bucks not the chicken change they earn right now. Money is one hell of a motivator.

I thought I was the only one complaining about Shonda. She just doesn't know when to call it quits! I stopped Grey's Anatomy at S08 and I couldn't continue. She keeps dragging the story. If HTGAWM exceeds five seasons, I'd stop
Oh better get ready oo. HTGAWN will even see season 8 self lol.

I stopped watching grey's anatomy at season 8 too. that's the season that made me to called it quits with the series for good. I think it was the season Richard was forced to step down as the chief of surgery because of meredith's fuckup.

The punisher
Ep1 is nice, the series looks promising
Marvel are angry with the critics so this one looks kinda real and bloodied, they now realised people have outgrown the supernatural heroes we need a mortal with fighting skill not some mutants
2-13 to go
What are you on about?

fyi, the punisher is a spinoff of daredevil. The concept took root after Jon bernthal's strong performance in the daredevil season 2 as the vengeful frank castle.

You're just making shiit up to satisfy your own sentiments. Nothing wrong with that but stop trying to pass it off as facts as if you work in Marvel.

And just so you know, disney has started removing all the marvel contents from Netflix because of licencing issues. so the possibility of season 2 of the Punisher is not at all certain.

Yeah that reminds me, he often tosses a coin!

On Holden, I don't think it's too much empathy, I think he wants to sort of live through them and see why they are what they are and do what they do. It may come across as empathizing with them just as his partner thought too but isn't. I think he was just over familiarizing himself with their world. By default, I think most people will be hostile to such peeps and speaking with them will be seen as someone being mentally absurd too. It's what everyone thought not until the break through Holden got and the idea of profiling. In the Unabomber peeps even thought he had just a GED qualification meanwhile he had a Phd.

Holden's case was him being absorbed almost like he was fawning over them. If he suffered from excessive empathy, he would have thought more of the victims than the killers emotions. He has sort of a thrill for them which needs to be bridled.
I still think it's empathy. People empathize differently depending on circumstance. Most people would have freaked out during those interviews for sure as they would feel more for the victims than the serial killers. Totally understandable.

But holden is not like most people. He had a scarred childhood like all those serial killers that he interviewed. then throw in the fact that he acts like them and the notion that he can relate and empathize with their pright wouldn't be that ridiculous.

Only a person with an emotional connection to serial killers would be able to socially interact with them like he did. They gravitate around him and barely notice or talk to bill during the interviews.

Blackfyre:
Speaking of that dude in the movie was a contract killer not a serial killer.

Holden was dumb jor, shouldn't have gone at the hospital, he should have gone when he returns to prison that would have played down all that drama he did to get his attention.

Plus he should have returned notes for those letters even if it's two sentences with some puzzling statements to make him feel like a genius.
Yeah he was a contract killer but at the end of the day he was a psychopath. He didn't have to kill anyone else since he was contracted to find and kill someone on the run, he ended up killing anyone that crossed his path. I remember he used to do a coin flip before wacking someone like he's the goddess of fate. it doesn't get any scarier than that.

On Holden, it's more than that. he felt a connection to Kemper because he allowed himself to be manipulated and drawn in. he's socially awkward and suffers from too much empathy which allows him to interview serial killers and be able to glean new and applicable information. But it also leaves him mentally vulnerable.

I really need to watch this movie tho, gone on for too long. May have not know it is the same movie sef.

Yeah solid point you made there except that clause "except you are mentally strong"... Guess one will just have to find out.

Btw, watched Mindhunter?
you know the funny thing? I was thinking of mindhunter as I was composing that earlier. another case in point. Holden got too close.

Blackfyre:
I will be perfectly normal around such peeps, so far we didn't cross path because am on his hit list. Most serial killers don't kill arbitrarily tho.

Except if you become too keen like that dude in the movie Mr Brooks...
Yes some of the most successful serial killers are very organized. they stalk their prey, sometimes even groom them before killing them. then there are others that kill based on opportunity. completely random. you might look at them wrong, not laugh at their lewd jokes, walking home alone in a deserted path, giving them a lift in your car.... that's as arbitrary as it gets my friend.

And one more thing. this kind of people have a way of drawing you in, manipulate you. put thoughts in your head and within a short time, you might actually start empathizing with their actions. there are 2 ways of killing someone: either psychologically/mentally or physically. They may not harm you physically but unless you're strong mentally, you're not safe talking with such people.

watch silence of the lambs to get a better perspective of what I'm on about.

Movie of life man! Peeps like that I intend to meet for real and just have a discourse about their own perspective to life and humanity...
mehn I'd rather not, unless he's in chains or an iron barrel separating us from each other. You can never be too careful. I 'd rather not end up as one of their victims if I can help it lol.

That place he broke his arm and the bone stuck out. Dude just calmly forced the back in and wrapped it with a cloth letting out only a grunt.... That place left my mouth ajar.
lolol. that movie left quite an impression on me. even all the years I can still remember his nonchalant bored expression as he did away with his victims one after the other.
