If this is true, then Igbo is easily the largest ethnic group in Niger Delta.

In Nigeria and diaspora, Igbo is far more populous than Ijaw, it's only in Niger Delta that Ijaw has more numbers.

Igbo is a majority ethnic group, Ijaw is merely one of the numerous minority ethnic groups in Nigeria.

Bruce Wayne has always been a weirdo, and the Batman films have always been depressing. It's a trope we've seen many times before.

Ergo, The Batman, based on what I've seen so far, including trailers, synopses, interviews, and leaked images, isn't going to be new or particularly original; it'll be more or less like its predecessors, but slightly more boring.

It's a flop waiting to happen, I can't wait for March.

I would advise especially for those who want to give ratings, before you give any ratings, check the variables around you to be sure they don't affect your viewing experience and how you end up rating movies.


1. Ensure to watch the best copy of the movie available, preferably 1080p or 4k for the best views.

2. Ensure your viewing device isn't faulty (poor imagery, blurry, discoloration, noisy speakers etc)

3. Ensure you have a modern device to view modern movies (don't use a 4:3 box TV to view a 16:9 movie)

4. Do well to have surround sound (e.g home theatres etc)

5. Do not press phones or do other distracting activities while watching movies as your attention span is been affected.

6. Get a wide-view screen TV (preferably 55" instead of using laptops or phones

7. A little bit of pop corn could suffice (not compulsory).

8. Lastly, ensure to watch under AC or an absolute cool environment as the heat from the African sun can be very discomforting while watching.


If these variables are well observed, I bet you, your ratings won't be that poor for most of the movies rated above.

Is it weird that I've seen all the movies here? There are few duds here and there, but a solid list overall. You've good taste.

If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say it's Army of Thieves and Paranormal Activity? I know they're duds, but curiosity must be satisfied. Lol.

People that go to cinemas to spend thousands of naira on a 2 hours entertainment, in this current harsh economy, I want to ask, how do you do it? Don't you have mouths to feed? How do you make so much money that you'd be willing to throw it away without a moments thought and not feel the strain? Don't you think there are better and more frugal/practical ways to spend your money?

Well, a lot of shady characters frequent here. Some of these characters are scammers, I won't mention names but they are regulars here. In my experience, when people make easy money through dishonest means, it's easy to splurge the money on extravagances.

Titans is , they just keep doing the wrong things every single time, and the funny thing is that it isn't too hard to do good with the characters they have. But they just seem to be so eager to spoil everything they build up with. They rush everything at the beginning and then lose steam at the end.
Left to me the red hood reveal shouldn't have occurred till like the 7th episodish period.
Take a look at stargirl the way they've handled eclipso, I've been more than surprised, they let the threat loom and build up, and you can feel pumped to watch the next episode.
Titans on the other hand, if I can say. It's rubbish is tarnishing the HBO'S name becos they're known for quality content not this shit writing they keep on spewing every season

HBO and HBO Max are not the same. Titans is a HBO Max content. HBO has its own content, which are very premium in quality, and only a premium HBO Max subscriber will have access to HBO's premium content.

Correction; Nigeria derived her name from Niger river. Nigeria literally means "Niger area". Niger state got its name from the river as well.

It was obvious that he survived. You don't die by falling into a river but by staying submerged in it, besides, Tyler can hold his breath under water for a stretch as was shown towards the beginning when he jumped off of a cliff.

Funny in patches, but a tad depressing movie that deals with sensitive topics.

The true life story the movie was adapted from is absolute bonkers.

You can say that again. I YouTubed some of the competition footage afterwards, and it's pretty uncanny how accurate it played out. The film is a brilliant adaptation.

Little hard to follow but a good watch.

Tentative at first but it kept ramping up the entire time. A wild ride with lots of blood. Reminds me of "Mandy".

I didn't see the reveal coming even though it was telegraphed... great film.

Y'all are still watching Cage movies in this era? Despite knowing he now acts in Z-list movies? I saw someone rating the movie high on here and I refused to be moved. I have no pity for both of you for wasting your time and MBs.

The only way I can watch Cage's movies is by popular demand or he's in a movie produced by a renowned production company.

I know he has had his financial troubles, but I remember him talking about how he lean towards fun b-movies (and occasionally artsy movie), because it's more fun and relaxed than big budget productions, and he has freedom to do what he wants with the character. Compare to Bruce Willis who films for like 1 day, and thereafter goes home with $1 million tax free for his troubles, Nic is the consummate professional. Some of Nic Cage straight-to-dvds are hidden gems. I've watched quite a good number of them, and in every one, Cage gave his 100%.

Mandy, Color Out of Space, Kill Chain, Between Worlds, The Frozen Ground, Seeking Justice, Mom & Dad, Trespass... and lately, Pig.

Low budget straight-to-dvd movies don't automatically imply a nonsense movie. Indie productions are very underrated and it pisses me off.

Heist movie with a twist.

Always weirds me out when I see this movie referred to as "scary". Unnerving? Absolutely. Authentic? Definitely... but scary? No.

Shane Black really knows how to write these sort of action films that are serious action films... but not really *too* serious.

*Check out his more recent stuff like "The Nice Guys" and "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang".

*Some of you may know it by it's alternate title "The Wrong Man". Neither title is great but Lucky Number Slevin is far more memorable.

Such a good film! Nicolas Cage is definitely on a good track record lately with indie films.

I thought this was pretty solid just like the first one. They do a really good job of creating elaborate puzzles and ramping up the suspense at times.

Marvel is now recruiting top class DC actors who Marvel fans have lampooned before. First it was Christian Bale who is to play the God Butcher in Thor: Love and Thunder, now it is Margot Robbie. Next they'll exhume Heath Ledger and ask him to play a role for them.

Bro Christian Bale fulfilled his contractual obligation with DC and has since moved on, thus dubbing him a "DC actor" is delusional IMO. If I recall correctly, he turned down a 4th Batman movie when he learnt Nolan won't be directing, so if anything he's loyal to Nolan, not DC.
