BEEJAY452:
please house has anyone used zenith or gtbank naira debit Mastercard recently (this year) to pay for cgfns CES conveniently without issues? please I need reply ASAP. Thanks everyone for your help as always.
Recently they bent on accepting credit card as it is indicated on the payment page on CGFNS site. This created lot of concerns and in another development, Gtbank got issues as u have noticed too.

I will advise you use Access debit card.
Someone used few days ago.

I hope that helps.

THUNDER4real:
Black lives matter, they have reconsidered their racism act concentrating only on Filipino and this cut across all these agencies. Nonsense....
On the contrary, many other agencies keep processing irrespective of the ban and the retrogression.
Avant resumes processing majorly to be part of other agencies that will take advantage of the impending 25,000 visa in the rescilence act Which is deemed to be passed before the Senate August break.

it is expected that the current retrogression in the visa issuance will be totally off by October (beginning of another fiscal year in the immigration) so as accommodate the results effects of the rescilence act.

As for the ban on Nigeria, the agencies recognize the import place place Nigerian nurses occupy in their usual business and as such they are set to file waiver for the nurses.

Keep hope alive and keep doing what you need to do.

...God is still saying something.

Please, I need an urgent assistance for my sister. Her License was sent by Nursing Council to CGFNS but it was rejected. They said, it was sent by a wrong body.

Please, which body is meant to send the License?

Please, who has been faced with the same issue?

How did you get it resolved?

Thanks
CGFNS performs the function of evaluating academic and licensure(among others, e.g visascreen) and compare same to the US minimum Standard.

The Nurse is expected to receive some forms from CGFNS (after registration) which are to be duly filled and sent to :
1) the school where the nurse graduated from
2) NMCN
There are parts of the forms to be filled as well by the concerned authorities in 1and 2 above.

The completed forms and other requested documents are to be sent directly from these issuing authorities to CGFNS for appropriate action(s) while the nurse await the outcome of the evaluation.

If the above path is not taken to the last letter , then there is need to retrace steps and make another trial.

I must confess there is not point arguing . The journey is individualized including timing for each of the various steps involved. The contract is never signed under duress. More importantly it is usually signed before any input from them at all.
So I think a better understanding of every statements in the contract is necessary. To be sincere , so many of these agencies are doing pretty good job as well. Ofcos, it is a win -win suff at the end. Do wanna talk about putting u under the tutelage of another company to prepare u for the NClex ? Credentialing, paying for d air flight , Hotels ,the Nclex test and lot more. Talk less of immigration stages. Like seriously, they re wow. I have gone thru all these stages so I know what am talking about here.
A lot won't be living their American dreams by now if not because of them.
Breaching the contracts is extremely out of point as it pose a lot of problems for the coming ones. Let us be upright and sincere in what we do. May God help us and heal our world .

Congratulations. So glad to hear this. Barely 4 months after passing.
Please can you give me a run down in how you processed the Philippines visa, hotel and flight reservation. Just the whole works of traveling to Philippines for NCLEX.

Thanks.
Yeah if you sign in with any of these agents , it becomes much more easier.
They will send documents to accompany your applications to the embassy .

For visa, paying for the exam fee, hotel reservation and flight....the agency handles all the paper works including getting the ATT from the BON.

I advise you review the previous comments. Many of these had been discussed vividly earlier .

Best of luck.

Please anyone who is processing her USA Cgfrn can kindly get in tourch with me, i really need help.
My wife has passed her IELTS , but o grady wouldnt take her because she is a pediatric nurse.
Well...it is true O'Grady mainly sign in Nurses in Medical /surgical wards for now. Nurses in other wards are hardly considered for now. I'm sure of nurse midwives...they are not wanted for now. You can try if your wife could be posted to this area of their interest and reapply. O'Grady just signed my wife last month after a test by Kaplan and a video interview conducted late last year. She's scheduled to start pre-nclex class soon. Their professionalism and response to mails highly commendable.
