elchapoo: I never forget too, I remember as back nursery school Up till today, I still remember every face and every moment., The worst part is that all the wrongs did from childhood till today I still remember like it happened yesterday. I can take a glance at someone and if I see the same person somewhere else I will remember the exact spot I saw him/her for the first time. I will never ask you your twice.. Wish I had your kind of ability. |

Abdulmsaidu: The thing is - For me, thorough chewing never happens, not intentionally though.
I've just accepted it to be part of me that I can't do away with, the regurgitation, my own case isn't even regurgitation because dt is an intentional or conscious bringing back to the mouth of an already swallowed food. Mine flows back by themselves, it's just like my digestive system sends them back itself. In fact it happened with my breakfast in d morning. Yet to take lunch, it's always within the 1st 20-30mins after a meal I really don't know what to say. It might as well not be a problem for you but how about it being a cause for concern to your partner? All I'm asking is that try to solve the problem since you know what the cause of it is. I hope I'm not putting pressure on you. Cheers |

Abdulmsaidu: This happens to me up till now, mostly within 20-30mins after taking a meal, some not properly chewed food naturally find their way back to my mouth for re-chewing, I do so and swallow them back. And d surprising thing is - it tastes fresh like I just fetched it out of the plate This doesn't sound nice Does it still happen when you chew your food properly? |

DrIkB: Like I mentioned, as weird as it was, I prayed severely to God to stop it, fasted also to tell you how much I desire the miracle to stop it, I even wrote on my 2016 Shiloh request after Papa Oyedepo shared testimony of someone with such case o.
My brother by sept 2017, it ended o, just like that. Till date I'm free All to God's Glory. Thank God for you. I pray that God does same for the rest of us that desire something similar. |

Frankcallys: I still remember everything I did from the age of 7 till now. I remember them with details as if it was yesterday. I still remember names and faces of my classmates from primary school, secondary, defense and everyone I came in contact with till date.
The weird part is once I close my eyes, the whole thing plays like a detailed movie in my memory
I don't forget things once I witnessed them. And anything I set my eyes on is registered in my memory for life Nice one. I can recall just a few activities in my distant past. |

Akalia: I can be very forgetful at times though things that I memorise consciously tend to stick. My challenge is the lack of coherence most often than not during verbal communication. It seems you are mostly alone. You need someone to talk to often (a friend) someone you can always engage in some discussion without the fear of having the experience you dread. With time you will gradually get a hold of your thought. |

superamoled: Securing a pilot job in Nigeria is near impossible and I'm saying this as a commercial licensed pilot in Nigeria without a job even after obtaining my certificate of flight instructing and spending millions of Naira (sponsored) on building flight hours.
It feels like it was not worth pursuing and spending all that money on a dream that will be crushed by this country.
Anyone with a pilot job connections should please link me up. Willing to fly any type of plane (type rating required or not) At what point would it be too late to pursue a dream in aviation? |

Explorers: Immediately you and the policemen took off, the bomb exploded.
My question to you is, how did you guys out run the shock waves that destroyed those building and everything in path like over 50meters away in radius You know how it happens in the movies right? They run and just before the explosion they jump into the air then fall to the ground and they are saved. Point is what the man said doesn’t add up. He wouldn’t have had enough time to run to safety. There’s something fishy about the story after all. |

RCDIY: Today, 14th January, is my birthday. I had planned to go flying my delta wing model but haven't been able to fix it after it crashed on Sunday. So I decided to rebuild it and maybe share some of the steps in turning flat polystyrene sheets into a flyable model. Unfortunately I didn't take much dimensions since I wasn't building to a particular scale.
Here are some pictures of the build Guess the build is complete. Hope to see some videos soon. What’s your wing loading? |

RCDIY: The thing can be quite bulky. It's cheap to buy but sending it your way would cost a fortune Do you have the dimensions and possibly a picture of a standard sheet and how much does it cost? |
Science/Technology › Re: RC Cars, Drones And Planes by brendan007: 5:12pm On Jan 11, 2020 |
RCDIY: Keeping weight down is a challenge but polystyrene takes care of that nicely. Apart from unavailability, Balsa planes take lots of time to build and do not survive crashes well.
Foamies are foamies. You can bash it all you want and glue it back quickly after a crash.
There's a company close to my location that deals in polystyrene. I get them nicely pre-cut.
But if you're around Lagos, a friend gets his from one market.
What's your exact location? My location is Uyo, Akwa Ibom. How possible is it to get some polystyrene foam from your location? |
Science/Technology › Re: RC Cars, Drones And Planes by brendan007: 9:17pm On Jan 10, 2020 |
RCDIY: I've found fixed wings much cheaper to play with, especially delta wing models. With the right materials, it costs less than 2k to make a frame. Electronics would be 2pcs of servos, one motor and battery (except if you're like myself that love to use flight controllers). Of course you'd have a Radio Transmitter (and receiver) to begin with.
The model below took about 2 sheets of 10cm X 100cm X 120cm polystyrene sheets to build. Cost (of polystyrene) is about 2k. I'll share a video showing the build process later This is beautiful! The major challenge I have building fixed wing is keeping the weight down as much as possible given that balsa wood isn’t readily available and could be quite expensive to purchase. I’ve always thought about where I could get those polystyrene sheets to build with. Where did you get those from? |

I can understand how you feel about this. However, an illiterate is defined by his/her inability to read or write. The man in this case can do both - or so I think. He isn’t an illiterate after all. |

RCDIY: Someone crashed a jet worth $14,000 2 yrs back. Before the wreck was reached, there was nothing to salvage as the plane burst into flames on impact.
Not sure I'll ever spend more than a few hundred bucks on this hobby at a time. No way!! That was a colossal loss. I can't spend much myself. That's why I prefer to scratch build using locally available material. Anyways, I can be certain the person in question has not left the hobby as a result of the loss. |
