When you get to Eleme junction, take a bus going to Oyigbo. Tell the conductor you'll stop at TAP Bus stop. From TAP, you can either walk down or enter a bike going to Ace center.

It's adviseable you go early as the roads are quite bad. Also remember to go with your DPR Invitation slip and a valid ID card. Those are the only documents that let you in. Other things as CV, credentials etc are irrelevant.

Personal belongings such as phones, folders, wallets are not allowed in the venue. At the gate, they'll ask you to drop these things. However, make sure you go in with a calculator. It's VERY IMPORTANT.

Some Computer in ACE center in Port Harcourt are malfunctioning. The monitor go off and on and sometimes just go off totally. The system I used there went blank for 7 minutes and finished my time. I reported to the lady in charge of the centre but she said there is nothing she can do about it. Pls, if you are writing your test there be careful monitor the system for sometime before you login. If you notice any fluctuation change system immediately.

Please any idea how to get ACE centre from Eleme? My test is by 2pm. Thanks

Good morning Nlanders, i lost my first school leaving certificate and i dont have a copy. A friend advised me to seat for the exams but i dont know if it will be acceptable due to the time difference with respect to my other academic credentials. For now i am really confused as to what to do since without a FSLC you cannot get a government or certain private jobs. Please i need the experts to advice on the best legal way to go about this. Thank you.

This is just about the same problem I have, the only difference begin that I didn't write the FSLC exams. This was because I sat for an entrance exams in the first term of primary 5 and secured admission to a secondary school. However, I returned to the school for my testimonial (they say it's equivalent to FSLC - someone should please confirm) so I could use it in place of the FSLC I was given something which contained information on when I started and when I left the primary school in question. I just hope it will be useful. If you do have a testimonial then it could be useful as well.

Try and watch destroyed in seconds on discovery channel and you'll understand. Anything can turn to a projectile with just enough speed.

Hmm......Another has it that at a burial ceremony if you step on a pin, bend over and look through your legs then you'll see ghosts floating around. However, you have to be very careful while removing the pin from beneath your foot as the ghosts could spot you and that will be your end.

Wasn't a forced landing , it's was shallow angle of attack on take off so the plane went into a stall which the pilot couldn't recover ..watched the footage and I am suprised he survived that ball of flame

A helicopter costs less based on materials needed.
You need only 2 motors and a servo. The design is abit trickier, I think.
I do not plan to take that on right now. Still practicing on improving my quad-flying skills..

I was there last week to make enquires on one of their programs. A summary of my visit - singing doors(rusty hinges) , no staff to make enquiries from,no enquiry form, not even a flyer to get information from, supposed reception is located outside (on the balcony), dilapidated roof. The memory is sickening now I know what's really going on there. and to think I was about to fall prey to such. All thanks to God.

I buy from both sites too. High tech pieces like Tx/Rx and flight controllers from HK and others like props, servo leads and motors from aliexpress. Frames too..
Usually takes 3 weeks or 4 at most but has been taking much longer since after the Chinese new year.
It very difficult to get batteries now due to new regulations on transporting lipos. I ordered 3 PCs from a store in the US and shipping is free.
I have one 450-sized quad now.

I'm considering building either a quadcopter or helicopter but I'd prefer the Helicopter. Not quite certain which of the two will cost more. Anyways, I'll do my research.

Unfortunately, space can be a hindrance. Also, getting accessories can be difficult and costly.
RC planes/drones is quite an expensive hobby.
After I crashed my first model, I ordered a new frame and other parts. I've been waiting for weeks now. The waiting kills the excitement and enthusiasm.

Where did you order from? I usually order from hobbyking or aliexpress. Takes between two to three weeks. The hobby is quite expensive. Recall having to spend over $80 just to ship my package because it contained a pair of batteries- it was via FedEx and got it in a week. The hobby is quite exciting.

Can relate. Currently don't know what love is anymore. Never had a girl say yes though they like me a lot. Those I don't want throw themselves at me. The one I want can't just say yes. I'm as confused . It's a matter of time though. You'll get over it.

I've built a radio controlled plane before and I've flown it a couple of times. It was really fun to after months of research, fly something I built with my own hands. It did come with its own set of challenges as everything I did was done manually. You can imagine cutting plywood and shaping them into several ribs (the wing profile) with just a saw and sandpaper. It was well worth it anyways. Unfortunately, we don't have open spaces around and where I used previously is not so conducive so my plane is disassembled and chilling off in my wardrobe.

That's true. If she couldn't see through her own window then it's possible that the pilot suffered same.
