UncleAyo: Go and reread. It's not Nigeria I'm talking about...
So you are more concerned about what is happening in another person's country than the insecurity, kidnappings, killings, corruption, bad governance, hunger, rituals, bad roads, epileptic power supply, poor health care and so on happening in your own country ?
You are more concerned about the spec in another person's eye when there is a big log in your own eye, that is part of the reason why your country is the way it is today, you leave your country's numerous problems and poke nosing into another person's country with lesser problems.
grandstar: What is $4bn? It's a drop in the bucket. The CBN was owing $7bn to entities that had paid for them. That's one reason the UAE banned visas to Nigeria.
How will $4bn offset $7bn. You guys just type nonsense. This was aside other severe challenges the country and the economy faced.
Only a net $3bn existed in the foreign reserves. A country needs a minimum of 3 months -others say 4months- worth of dollars in the foreign reserves. That $3bn barely covered a m9nth.
What is $4bn? The country needs about $15bn.
There
So has Tinubu's method solved the problems on ground?
grandstar: Many of you are ignorant about the state of the economy Buhari passed down
Below is a video on Egypt. It spends 50% of government revenue on debt servicing and it's in such a mess. Look at what it's doing to it's currency, the Egyptian pound.
Egypt is even more fortunate. It can turn to the IMF to provide it massive loans for a soft landing. A loan will bring in an infusion of dollars, which will help the battered Egyptian pound. The Naira does not have such a cushion.
Meanwhile, in 2022, Nigeria spent over 100% of revenue on debt servicing.
Tinubu can not turn to the IMF for a bailout because Nigerians no go gree. These make any reforms more painful. If there were more dollars in circulation, the Naira won't be as bad as it is
Ttalk: You don't have to a speak if you don't have something tangible.
Is Dangote selling lower to than 1k outside the shore of Nigeria, and are Nigerians ready to buy PMS at 1k.
It's not everhing you play politics with
Dangote has no issues with the price, it is your government that is not sincere that has issues with the price...
Dangote is a businessman and will not sell at lose, so what is his business with how much the price is. He will sell at a profitable price without sentiment....
So hold your insincere government who made themselves the sole buyers from Dangote accountable....
Kusu12: You are not ashamed labouring Party members have been fighting over campaign funds which your serial party defector Obingo and his cronies mismanaged. Your Pandora fraudster and fake messiah is a failure in all ramifications
And your Tinubu is doing what with APC to Nigeria, turning it to Canada abi?
Solsix: If you think he's not the problem, you don't know what is going on. He's selling to those countries as last resort. He might be lowering price to sell because he has no option left. Now let me ask u, why has he not made the price of PMS known ?? Do u think marketers will abandoned cheap products as he claims to buy where it's costlier??
Because your present government is not being truthful....
Dangote is a business man, his primary focus is to make money, your government is not being truthful with the whole petroleum issue...
Timmi: Brandaniel, why are you always reason with your anus, sense is no longer common to you? How is the President deceitful in this situation, it’s much better to exercise what God gave to you instead of just open your mouth wide.
If speaking the truth means senselessness and reasoning from your anus then that is your problem....
SmartyPants: I've observed you're not too clever, so your misguided comment doesn't surprise me, but you can manage by being more attentive. In this article, you were told that the Nigerian Customs Service routinely issues licenses for bunkering, which should have made you understand that there is illegal bunkering and there is legal bunkering. The point of this article is whether it is proper for the Navy to grant such licenses as opposed to the Customs Service. There is no illegal act here.
Slow minds should read the above thrice please. The more clever ones may wish to gain a better understanding by reviewing this page:
I think you are referring to yourself, the whole issue still boils down to oil theft, if the issuance or license by the navy or customs did not reduce oil theft then it means that either the navy are not doing their jobs or they are conniving with those issued license to steal the oil, because their primary job is to protect Nigeria's waters which they have failed to do.
Nigeria still loses hundreds of thousands of battles daily, so what is the navy doing about it?
Biodun556: He haven't sell petrol to another country
You think he will wait for Nigeria after refining petrol, he said it on TV that his refinery is a dynamic type and whether they finalize with NNPC or not.. Operations will continue...
belini: why the so much hide and seek for something that shouldn't be a news
Because you have a deceitful president...
Biodun556: Something is wrong with d.ngote, he should make his PMS price public if it is truly cheaper
If you think Dangote is the problem here then you don't really know what is going on, is Dangote not selling to other countries, does he have any issue with them?
Where is the minister of Marine something something sef?
He is busy doing what he worked for, this is not his priority, you actually think he came to work for you?
SmartyPants: This is not inherently wrong if it is being doing within a formal legal framework. It's not relevant whether or not other countries do so too. We need Nigerian solutions for Nigerian challenges.
They are stealing your natural resources away and you are justifying it just because you want to support Tinubu's government, do you know how much Nigeria loses daily to bunkering?
You guys are so engrossed in politics that you sometimes forget to be human beings...
Its not about the FG....An average Nigerian is extremely corrupt
It doesn't sum up anything, if you claim an average Nigerian is corrupt, is that why you should make a corrupt person your leader, leaders are supposed to lead by example to teach the followers, so what is Tinubu teaching Nigerians now?
Only in Nigeria will a vice president be more qualified than a president, only in Nigeria will black market be cheaper than market price, only in Nigeria will vigilante be guarding police station...
oluwaseunamos33: and you are calling APC. Being honest/God fearing has nothing to do with party, it's personal. Tinubu is a bastard doesn't mean all APC members will be like him
I'm not saying other parties are saints but APC tops the chart
