Do a comparative analysis with that of MKO vs Tofa... Remember, Anambra man; Prof Humphrey NWOSU was the chairman of NEC(INEC) then.

1999, ObJ ; Yoruba man won all Southeast states...while men like Ogbonnaya Onu were there...

2003...same feat even when two Igbo men were on the ballot...Ojukwu and Okadigbo
