If you don't you are breaking the law. Not every solution is a good solution. Some are even criminal.
If your solution is the right one it's going to be difficult to argue against it.
That is the situation Tinubu’s opponents are at the moment. They just can't tell us what they could have done differently.
There is a lot that could have been done differently, if all drivers drive the same way, why do some have accident while driving?

Tinubu is presently like a driver that had accident with his car...

No it is insane to leave them out, unless you want to make the same mistake if you are not a, supporter of subsidy removal.

There is not time oil subsidy removal will be effected, that it would not lead to a steep increase in price of petroleum products.

You need to accept this is a consequence of a policy decision, regardless of who effected that decision.

They only question is if you support the policy or do not support the policy.
That's not true, when Tinubu was removing the subsidy, I kept on shouting that he was putting the cart before the horse...

Tinubu like looking for easy and crooked ways to get things done...

Tinubu needed to first study the petroleum sector then get accurate details on the entire subsidy and what the nation was actually consuming also with fighting corruption in the sector with jailing and retriveing stolen subsiduly funds, that way he can take the next approach on what next to do...

There are different ways to have removed the subsidy without having much effect on the economy, I will just list 2 here for now...

1. Gradual subsidy removal while cleaning up the sector and setting refineries before full implementation...

2. Partner with the refineries abroad and subsidize the crude sold to them before refining that way the government doesn't pay any dime till the refineries here are ready while the internal clean up is taking place, these also eliminates funds exchanging hands here in Nigeria where the major corruption is.

Tinubu didn't do any of these and other options that might be available, that's like putting the cart before the horse...

But do all drivers ever drive the same way?

Wrong analogy. The subsidy is not like food ingredients. The numbers are the same across board. How you mitigate the effects may be different but so far none in the opposition have been able to put forward any reasonable alternative.
That is like saying all car drivers must drive exactly the same way...

What makes a lecturer better than another lecturer is the way he teaches his students, it is the same with governance and policies, the way and manner most times determines the outcome.

And no politician in this world is the same, their way and manner will be different, so don't compare them till they are given the same privilege to handle the very same matter...

So no excuses here for Tinubu....

So that is undefined because we all know it can co. E out better or co. E out worse.

Candidates and their supporters who supported the removal of oil subsidy, or the free trading of the Naira in the forex market, have no useful opinion to give regarding the consequences of such policies.
Since you say it can come out better or worse why then did you choose worse for the both of them?

Since you are not sure don't conclude on their matter till they are president and they do it, that is like tasting one woman's food and claiming that all women's a must come out the same.

Wait till they are presidents before judging their own removal or leave them out of the matter and focus on Tinubu....

This is impressive. Tinubu must bring back the fuel subsidy. We cannot be buying fuel at high price, cooking gas is 1500 per Kg and the electricity tariff is unbearable yet both VAT and Import duty goes up every day.

Tinubu should not tax us to death. Within a year you removed every life lines we Nigerians are enjoying.

Bring back our subsidy Tinubu.
But you were warned about Tinubu, and for the fuel subsidy, Tinubu is currently paying over 400 naira per litre for fuel subsidy ...

So I'm wondering how much you want him to pay that will bring the price down to even 400 naira...

Same way I'm advising you to be responsible. You can take my advice and be responsible, or ignore me and continue wailing that you are suffering.

I owe you nothing, and I am definitely not going to come and save you from your suffering.
Did Nigerians ask you any advice, why are you acting like you owe them?

You after all can not solve any problem Nigeria may have without first solving your own problems now, can you?

So, learn to be responsible for yourself please, instead of asking buda to come be your messiah and save you.

buda owes you nothing.
If you didn't owe the guy anything, then why did you give him advise?

Are you confused ?

Your blackmail is woefully failing.

The irony of you begging me to come to Nigeria to come and solve the problems you face when I am telling you to be responsible and solve your own problems for yourself does not elude me.

Please suffer more. It can only make you take responsibility for yourself in the end while you continue wailing that buda is not your messiah.
In your words you said everyone has his own portion of part to play in the development of Nigeria, I never asked you to come take my portion accrodinf to you...

You are a Nigerian and you have your own portion according to you, why not come and teach people here how to manage their own portion according to your suggestions...

What is now my business with you solving my problem?

Do you have comprehension issues?

What I am saying is simple, come to Nigeria and take your own portion according to you to show Nigerians what you are telling them to do with their own portion according to you...

Prove that what you are telling them to do with their own portion is what you can do with your own or you remain a liar, a cheat, a deceit, a fraud and a coward....

Hopefully, he doesn't reason like you do, or he'd be wailing when a Lexus ES 330 2006 is 18m.
It is simpler now, just come to Nigeria and do what you are telling him to do or you remain a liar. A cheat, a fraud, a deciet and a coward...

Your opinion of me does not in any way solve your problems I don't think, but you're very welcome to them.

I don't need to prove anything to you Brendaniel, since I am not your messiah and nor am I responsible for you, which is what I've been pointing out to you but which you refuse to accept despite you being the suffering one.
My opinion or not, you are like a person trying to teach someone how to drive when you have never driven a car before....

Come to Nigeria and prove to us that what you are telling us to do you can do it and it works...

No one's portion is suffering in Nigeria, and there's many in Nigeria who are not suffering with you.

You asked about kidnappings. One can very easily solve that problem by hiring security people to follow and guard one everywhere one goes in Nigeria, which will surely reduce kidnapping from any portion one may have, please note. I have after all invested in my own education so I can afford to be responsible for myself.

Not every Nigerian is crying ẹbí n'pawa. Some are even eating more than ever.
If you cannot come to Nigeria and prove it to us as Sowore is doing then you remain a liar, a cheat, a fraud, a coward and complete deceit....

No, I am not telling anyone what is good for them. All I did was point out one persons sorrow at a Lexus ES 330 2006 costing 3.6m, and the benefit to others now it's 9m. And you then went off on one.

The problem we face in Nigeria is a lack of understanding of our duties and responsibilities, and I can very easily teach those wherever I may be. I also do come to Nigeria so those around me may learn, which they thankfully do. I am not however teaching anyone to solve the problems of Nigeria, and didn't in my initial post here. Even you couldn't admit to being kidnapped, so I don't see how that is your problem.

Please know you are free and welcome to have whatever opinion you like about me and I don't need to hold that opinion with you. But you asking others to come solve issues and problems you face is irresponsible of you, in my opinion, and you will continue to face those issues and problems until you become responsible for reducing your own sufferings.

I repeat my self below, but find it necessary since you seem to have missed it.
Come to Nigeria and prove it to us or you remain a liar, a cheat, a deceit, a coward and a fraud....

Yobe youths have clearly missed the memo on unity.

This is the same narrative they pushed during the elections, but guess what? Tinubu still emerged victorious!

Just like they say, "he who laughs last laughs best." While they distance themselves, we’re busy rallying behind our president who’s busy working for Nigeria.

Their distance won’t change the fact that Tinubu is the people's choice!
Salewa97:
This is quite interesting.

Yobe youths distancing themselves from Tinubu rally? I no fit understand wetin dem dey think.

Tinubu has been a beacon of hope for many, and for youths to turn their backs now is just baffling.

I believe there’s a deeper reason behind this move. Maybe some people just wan shine their eyes or dey seek attention. Na only the strong go survive this political terrain.

Tinubu don show say he dey ready to uplift the youth, so wetin be the wahala?

If dem no join the rally, na dem loss. Jagaban go still carry on with his vision for Nigeria regardless.
