Do a quick check: Farotimi published that Afe used his influence and wealth to buy favourable judgements from the Supreme Court, etc; Angelo repeatedly accused Mercy of witchcraft. These are heavy accusations tantamount to 'murder' without cocking a gun, especially as the plaintiff is able to established that such publications (libel or slander) has done a damage to their image in the sight of right-thinking persons.

Mercy has not actually done anything illegal in getting Angela arrested. She has taken advantage of the provisions of the law, as defamation can either be civil or criminal under the Nigerian law. Moreover, cyberbullying also falls under a definition of cybercrime in our laws, which makes it a crime against the State. It was based on this same provision that Afe babalola had Farotimi whisked from Lagos to Ekiti, yet Farotimi (as a lawyer himself) could not refute it or win the case. If people had not begged for him, he was going straight to prison. Law no be social media o. Law is law whether we agree or not.
Why will people take pleasure in malicious slandering and bullying of people online and when you now go for them legally, they cry? O wrong now. if you have been a victim, you will know how painful and depressing this can be. It kills.

And the reason for our chat is that you asked my why I believe Peter Obi's dream is a cancer. And I answered you with specific points. No mention of Tinubu or Atiku or RMK. Just Obi bashing. Any man endowed with functional intellect would disprove my allegations on why he thinks I am wrong, isn't it?
