A local Contractor will even find it difficult for certificates to be signed for him after passing through a stage talk more of how Government will liquidate his Contract sum to nothing, and keeping him at a risk of not even coming out of the project....

Resulting to use of substandard materials , abus of construction ethics, intimidations and the what have you .....

Is not easy to do anything for Nigerian Government and you will be allowed to have all your certificates

How do you guys determine the age of woods, is it by just stamping those alphabet on it or they have records to prove their age. In other part of world, they have records of every single three on the street age, name, locations where it’s planted. That is the work of park recreation agency .
