2: Get a new one if its more than 6 months old

1: since you have your WAEC certificate and Bsc statement of result, i see no need for scratch card.
2: you dont need it but your ID card is ok.
3: No, you dont need it. the onr you wrote in the form you sent to KCC is ok.
