Mekanus: I got this message on my dashboard "Congratulations! You earned to win the $5 bonus this week by transcribing more than 200 minutes. Wahooooooooo." Will they include that in Thursday's payment? If those 200mins got a rating of 4/5, expect the bonus next week Thursday. Congrats. |

SpongeBobSP: Arlen and I went back and forth on thus smartphone issue leading to the removal of my old account on Slack .
So this is what I do and since nwafresh said we should share , this is my own hack. So I work strictly on my smartphone, and it's been quite easy for me. What I do is I simply break the auto transcripts into smaller section and then I select all and delete all the way to the first bubble, that's the only way to successfully delete those irritating timestamps, that first bubble will still contain the very first timestamp which cannot be deleted, that's way you can start fresh and create your own Cus/rep chat bubble as normal. I tried it first on that Friday with a 3 min call, was rated 4, been doing that ever since, and have only got ratings of 4s& 5s. So for me it's like nothing changed, because the mobile page doesn't even have the loop, play snippet at the bottom of the screen, so for me it's been business as usual. So when she kept saying it's for PC only and bla bla, I had to check her, Pau C was surprised that it could actually be done on a smartphone. Lol welcome to Nigeria
PS I use Chrome browser. You're the Abdullahi Sani that got Arlen ticking, ba? |

Ohiosimuan: OK. Thanks. Do you know how to tell the calls apart? An American 2mins call is usually allotted 40mins to submit. 3mins call from 1hr. Whereas, a British 2mins call is usually allotted 1h+ to submit. 3mins call from 2hrs. So, use this calculation to pick your calls. Also, since you're new, I'd advice you limit yourself to a maximum of 5mins call. 2mins to 3mins should be okay for a start. When you feel confident enough, you can advance to 4mins, 5mins, etc. |

SUPERPACK: Yesterday and today have been funny on Qa world, everybody is complaining about 1 auto error or the other. Even a whole PAU C is complaining too, I even saw her asking for call clarification, this is the height of the current problem. Pls it seems it will be best to take a two days break, I no fit shout abeg. @Nwafresh take heart but Qa have run mad and even Erlen is confused too. . The redo courtesy is gone guys. This is what Team manager said: I'm sorry but since it would have been submitted by someone else already, we can't expedite a re-do, Jude.
I understand the frustration of one inverted speaker label but that's our rule that it will be rated a 1.
We are considering removing the re-do option altogether. I will likely be requesting for it so that there will be no further complications and frustrations of varying levels.
Everyone will just have to make sure to work on their transcript the best they can each time and not be reliant on the re-do courtesy. . Las, las Jungle don mature, Both the lions and the lizard have to eat or be eaten. A stupid call rater is currently on the loose, run for your life . When did the bolded convo take place? Because, I still got a re-do late last night. All the same, I guess it's time everyone stepped up their game, or find themselves on the other side... |

Ohiosimuan: Good evening guys, I'm new here. Thanks for the amount of information on this page, it has helped me in setting up an account with QA and Paypal (although, I'm yet to do that linking thing). I did my first job today, and it wasn't that easy. I had to refresh my page for every timestamp, thereby wasting my time. Please is that you guys do it, or its my app? App? We use Chrome. |

SpongeBobSP: That last bit is quite funny. Though that prevent inactivity Timeout button hasn't been of much use to me, cos I leave calls overnight a lot, especially long ones , my calls have never expired, I don't know if it's just luck or whatever. Heed the advice o... Same thing happened to me this morning. As is my custom, I'd claim a call and leave it some hours before I settle down to work. But today was a different case. I came after about 3hrs to start working on the job, only to find the job had been released. If you claim a call and you intend to leave for any reason, ensure you use the prevent inactivity button. I'm not pained, because, I'd not started working on the call yet... |

Bosses do you think I should wait for review or take next available call?
Thanks. Seeing as this is your first job, you'll have to wait for the job to be reviewed, before you'll be able to attempt another. Use this time to pray it gets a rating of at least 3. |
