I was trying to change date of birth in my NIN but I don't have birth certificate. I was told to apply for birth certificate on the NPC website with my NIN. NOW, the problem is that the wrong date of birth is in the NIN and I can't use it to apply for the birth certificate. How do I get to do the birth certificate without involving my NIN?

You can staple the application slip to the receipt (Application slip on top). Also go through the list of documents on the appointment slip(The ones that apply to you). Ignore the Guarantor's form, it's not required.
