This step is different from the one we did few months ago, I guess they must've reviewed recruitment process, however do not fret. Just follow the instructions and so it. Get a good background and briefly tell them about yourself.

You can tell them why you love teaching and how you'd be a good fit for this job.
For example, "as a student, I understand what it feels like facing challenges with a subject or topic while studying and the difference a good tutor makes by breaking down the steps to enable me understand and assimilate faster."
"I love helping students because through that process, I also learn. Teaching is a profession whereby you learn while teaching others and there's no job greater than educating others"
Just try to draft points and memorize them, keep them by your side (but don't read it on camera during the interview). The main point or what they're really after is to know if you're or would be a good teacher.
