BusinessGreat Investment Opportunity For South Easterners- Only 4 Serious Minded People by bros1234(op): 4:48pm On Sep 02, 2014
Hi guys,

If you are serious minded and can raise cash or have cash at hand, then this could be a great investment opportunity for you, with a potential for over 200-1000% return on investment over a one year period.

This is not a new field or an idea from the sky. It's on property/estate development.

We have secured the power of attorney for a 1,050 plots of land in a Owerri West LGA, Owerri, Imo State, at a very reasonably priced amount. We have an understanding and plan to turn the said landed property into an estate. Basic research has been done and the land is not encumbered.

Our market survey also shows great interest in landed property in the zone right now so there will be no problem with sales.

Properties in this area are selling at least 100% above our intended offer price for the first phase.

But we will need a partnership that can translate into raising enough fund to:

1. Make reasonable commitment to the kindred that owns the land:

2. Create access roads.

3. Clear the land

4. Parcelete the land

5. Create a basic packaging of the property for onward sales

Interested investors can do their own investigation by going to the community and making inquiries or through their lawyer after an initial communication and understanding with our company.

Interested investors will be considered as shareholding partners in the entire project, from the acquisition of the land, to development and running of the estate.

Minimum investment capital to be considered is 5M.

Nairanld owner and moderators should start recognizing that they play an important part in the social, political and economical hemisphere of this country. As such, its not every hearsay they should publish on this site, let alone promote on their so called front page. The world come here to see how Nigerians reason. This site is orientating more people about the Nigerian mindset than they can possibly recognize.

I do not see any reason why this kind of trash should be promoted here.

Hey bro. Forget about google adsense. Try Media.net. If you get accepted, you'll make money big time. I run the two on my blog, www.fortune51.com and believe me, media.net is way better. Media.net pay via number of impressions on your blog and so on.

If you want to hide something from a black man, put it in a book. It will remain hidden until Jesus comes. This story takes less than 15 mins to read, but really make so much sense. I learned that attitude is everything. We are not winning more people to Christ because we have the wrong attitude.

Thanks to the op for the impression I have right now

Christianity EtcRe: 200 Pastors Resign From Oyedepo's Winners Chapel by bros1234(m): 10:33am On Jan 12, 2012
stagger:
Pastors are not meant to be in servitude forever. Even Jesus trained his 12 apostles, and they effectively went their own ways to their own ministries.

Jesus sent out 70 disciples in pairs to go and preach.

Paul Enenche, David Ibiyeomie and Simeon Afolabi are three well-known pastors who were trained under Bishop Oyedepo. When it was time for them to go, they went.

So if 200 pastors decided it was time to leave and branch out to fulfill their own callings after undergoing the necessary trainings, what is the issue there?

At least Bishop even gave them money to start with. I wonder how some silly posters here will want someone to go into ministry without a penny. How do they pay for church venues and stuff like that? I worked under a boss for 10 years and I decided it was time to branch out on my own. My boss is still owing me N50,000 salary as I speak to you. He did not give me a penny but I thank God that what he is owing me, I am able to pay to plenty of others under my employment without issues.

People should stop this silly misrepresentation of the facts, trying to paint Winners as a church in trouble or a business enterprise. There is a limit to the number of pastors a ministry or church can have, and when it is time to move on, a pastor moves on!

If you have a son who at the age of 40 or 50 is still living with you as a parent, no plans to marry and start his own family or be independent, is that son not worse than an slowpoke?

Nothing dey there!
I didnt have time to type this. Thanks for doing it for me. Truth is this nairaland is the best place to meet unserious people. Dont even bother with the responses that will follow this

bros your optimism whilst commendable would hardly get you anywhere. 'wait for another 1/2 weeks', 'give him some little more time, 'he seems to have a very good reason for the delay, '  won't lead anywhere. You've been pranked scammed, the earlier you recognize this and cut and run, the better. If an individual involved in web design business on that scale is not able to pull resources together to refund your N20k in a day or two when his reputation is at stake, that says it all. count your loss and move on or take action to get your money back (presuming he has a physical contact location). Forget all that "I'm in SA for an urgent biz" or "I'm currently sealing a snake oil deal in Shanghai" - no be today for Lagos.

btw, I like the layout and concept of your website and may be in touch for some possible small biz web dev
Oh well, you never can say. Since we have all the time, I think I should give my brother that. Thanks for your input

UPDATE:

Cliff sent me a mail late in the evening yesterday from Linkedin giving me an insight into his predicament and promised to get back to me as soon as he is able to sort some thins out. So I will give him time, say two weeks or so. Like I said, we are all humans and things could get out of hand. But we all needed to keep our clients informed of issues.

Meanwhile you guys can keep the comments coming. We all can learn and advise ourselves from the whole scenario
WebmastersRe: Is This A Scam Or Not? by bros1234(m): 9:24am On Dec 29, 2011
Let me get you dhtml. Someone gave an asking price of 100k and I asked if there is room for negotiation and he says 60k and I say 50k. And he thinks well, he would start first and then expect that I would like the job enough to pay more. How do I take the blame here? I dont get you.

2weeks! Again, I didnt suggest the duration or the time for the demo. Besides, its now almost 2 months, and I dont get any updates or reason for date extensions.

Did you read the email communications well? My belief was that Cliff already had this kind of stuff and would just do a few changes for me. If you do read the messages you would see there was no impression it would be a start-from-the-foundation-work.

Now legally speaking, there was an offer and acceptance. So a contract was entered into. Now its breached, would you now say the offeree is to blame for making negotiation. That's laughable.

In a layman's terms, you tell me say this is how much you dey sell something, I say this is how much I will pay, you say ok no problem but you go add money because when i finish, you go like the job. I come give you money. Where I come get fault oga? Is it for saying this is how much I will pay?

Instead of looking for ways to make me believe I was greedy and fell victim, I think you should help me contact Cliff. I still believe we can work things out and I can put all this behind me. Like I said in the other thread, we are all humans and can all have challenges that may make us look bad.
WebmastersRe: Is This A Scam Or Not? by bros1234(m): 7:37am On Dec 29, 2011
It depends from the angle you are looking at it from. Cliff looked to me like a great cloner who could pick a thing and give u the changes u need in a few days. Did u see the nairalist clone that started all this? I didnt expect a start-from-the-foundation-work.

Secondly, If Cliff along the line felt the deal was below normal, it was just an email and we would either re-negotiate or terminate it. Nothing is fixed on stone.

So I disagree with you that I scammed myself. As the client here dont you think that I at least deserve updates on the progress of the work, which we could either add to or subtract from the terms. I once did a blog for a client and my initial chrge was 40k. But I ended up having the client pay 120k for the job cos I followed him up with updates and kept him informed on what actually needs to be done to get the best.

Sometimes potential clients may start out a project with poor pricing because they dont even know the depth of what they want but the programmer or designer can and will always along the line raise his bid after convincing the client of what needs to be done. I have done this severally and at the end all parties are satisfied and I am even recommended.

So I totally disagree with you DC. Its a matter of individual perception and attitude. Get it now!
