don33310: Please,be quiete if you have nothing to say,are you aware Unilever plc, left Nigeria for Ghana cos of electricity?
that was during abasanja/yaradua adminstration. So u want to put the blame on Gej. All this amala a.k.a black shit eater wil never quit hating, it is in their DNA.

Did you watch the interview ? If No,go and watch it before answering that by yourself.for foksake, she acknowledged that Nigeria has priavtized everything yet nothing seems to have changed.what difference has the billions of dollars spent on power since 2010 yield when the country can't still go beyond the 4000mw crap and the president talks on a live program and light went off ? shocked

Have you guys been brainwashed to maintain this status quo or what ? The other day,the FG is celebrating the renovation of rail tracks and trains that were constructed over 100 years ago by the colonial masters in this world of supersonic light rail and you guys keep saying we are coming up ? shocked

Mintayo: I pray that this woman will not bring 'doom' to Nigeria...i have disliked her right from the time of subsidy saga.
I believe she is an implantation by the IMF and world bank who are the major controller of most developing countries-she is just here to do their bid and put Nigeria into 'check' incase we are going beyond boundaries.
Imagine the way she dodged the Alams question!
May God help us all.
My opinion anyways!
if u re in her shoes what would have been ur answer to alams pardon?
PoliticsRe: Okonjo-Iweala Interview With Christiane Amanpour On CNN by brown3: 8:31am On Apr 19, 2013
ddippset: i think she ducked the question on alayamesia.
because is not a her duety to answer the question about alayamesia pardon. Very wise of her.

Product of a failed educational system.instead of bitching here, why not tell us the capacity of electricity generated in Nigeria as at date ? What's the point in having electricity in Lagos,Abuja and port harcourt when the whole North is in darkness ? Has Nigeria passed the 4000mw myth ?
that why u have to give thank to Gej, he was able to add more 2000mw to power supply for the few years he has spent in power, unlike obasanja and others who only gave us less than 2000mw for more than four decade.

paparazzi1987: “This is a country of 170 million people; 99.9 percent of them are honest, hard-working citizens who just want to get on with their lives,” Okonjo-Iweala said, proudly. “And they want a government that delivers for them.” grin grin
and some amala blocked brain wil say she lied. I love that woman very inteligent. She answered her questioned diplomaticaly. Some fool just want her to critisise the government. We have been critisisinh the government for over 3 decade now, still yet nothing have change. I have decided to change my mind set.

seanet01: You took the word from my mouth.
The same woman under whom the Nigerian Economy rotten to the stage where it is today.
Look at how she was dodging questions.
Gullible Nigerians.
Even CFCFAN fell for it.
Same story since 99.
Wasn't NOI part of the people who ran aground the economies of Portugal, Cyprus, Italy, Greece and a whole lot of other countries with the Bankers.
Under her watch we knew how much was looted under the guise of subsidy.
Some people just don't see beyond their nose.
What a world.
She is just an agent of the bankers.
Bankers are laughing
Workers are crying
Pensioners are crying
Social benefits are being cut even for disabled people
Yet the Bankers are still smiling.
Shine your eyes.
Ph.d does not translate to sincerity.
some time i wonder why people would want a minister to be performing the deuty o the president.

dlox147: guy do d maths urself how many % of our population represents our politicians n our police force?
oboy dont mind that guy, 10% of Nigerians is obout 1600000, which represent the politicians and their gangs. Is it because she didnt say that all politicians re currupt, you dont espect her to name names, or group of people that re currupt because she answered her questioned in a diplomatic way, which is the right to do by any intelligent person. Walah this woman is the most intelligen woman in the world.
PoliticsRe: Abuja - The City Beautiful (Pictures) by brown3: 11:22am On Apr 16, 2013
Rossikk: Shouldn't you direct your query to the state governments? It's not the federal govt's job to fix their cities. If you look at Abuja, there's really not much that was spent on it. It just enjoys enlightened development. They build roads and have pedestrian sidewalks with covered drainage etc. and they plant grass in open spaces. They build public parks that are well maintained. All that doesn't cost multi-million dollars. State govts until recently just built roads with no thought for aesthetics, with open gutters and sandy sides etc. Now they're doing better. It's not all about money, but enlightenment.
some time i wonder where those sand come from. Pls can any body tell me why we always have a sandy side in our road.?

PoliticsRe: Ladipo Traders Claim To Lose N100B Daily by brown3: 10:59pm On Feb 28, 2013
alj harem: These people are either sarcastic or just plain jokers. Ok let's analysis what Sunny Bobo and co are saying

1. Ladipo market was closed due to tribalism and the dirtiness of yorubas. Ok agree

2. Then Ladipo market is 99% Igbos

I am really confused here

That said now here is another one

1. 100 Billion daily turn over by the brillant Igbo traders. Ok agree

2. Then Complain about tax being too much which is just 150 million yearly out of 100 billion daily

Another one

1. Fashola cannot be president, he cannot win but Shagari and Abiola won elections without Igbo votes. Fact !

Lastly

Fashola and yorubas hate Igbos but the highest population of 10 million people of igbo origin reside in Lagos alone with the highest representation of a non-indigene in a state.

What all these factors, would any right thinking man like these tribalistic Igbo people. Well the answer is no.

To whom much is given to, much is expected. If we show love and try to make you see reason for EVERY ACTION taken and you cannot comply then GO BACK TO YOUR VILLAGE, SIMPLE AND SHORT.

No one taught you how to go back to your village from Borno and Yobe and certainly we would not show you how to do so here. Bunch of unreason people.
look at this fool. Re u angry because of the ibos re making more money than ur tribe?

kingoflag: I dont know that they did or they didnt. I just automatically assumed that anyone that made N100Billion a day, and decided to shi*t in plastic bags and dump it in the open didnt have access to a toilet within that vicinity. But, then again, maybe youre right and theyre just plain nasty and dirty and chose not to make use of the toilets.
those shiting in plastic bags and in canal re homeles yorubas most especialy the area boys. Do u want to deny that?

kingoflag: The majority of homeless people in New York are New Yorkers, I dont think I have to explain to you why this is so.
shut that ur amala mouth up. Those homeles yorubas re those from other yoruba state most especialy people of ibadan in oyo state. An igbo man can never be homeles, no matter where ever they re. Fool Yoruba is a homeles tribe.

Konmight: My Brother, Yigbos are the most stupid set of people I have ever seen...they always claim they are wiser than every other people but eventually you discover that they are nothing but fools....BABU SENSE....why do they have to lie that they make 100B, they never thought of consequences...they'll later claim govt is witch hunting when govt impose heavy taxes. If they can't obey the law of the land, they should simply pack their kayas and go back to their erosion ravaged villages.....we all know Lagos and South West is their New York and California.....hahahahaha Igbos yeebos eebos MUST GO..Let's break this damn FORCED MARRIAGE make everybody dey go im house..ONE NIGERIA MY FOOT.....YORUBAS TOO GET MOUTH....GOD TOO BLESS SOUTH WEST....hhahahahahahahahahahha
look at this fool, hundred thousand of ur tribe men that re been evicted at ijora re going to be homeless or move back to their tick forest village. And u stil claim u own lagos, wel is not a suprise to me because is only yoruba tribe that can be homeles in their father land. Lazy backward tribe.
PoliticsRe: Ladipo Traders Claim To Lose N100B Daily by brown3: 7:46pm On Feb 28, 2013
ODUA_NEGRO: the only human rights body we recognize in Yorubaland is OPC. we dont know anything amnesty internqational. our land has never commited any human rights violation against anybody of non-Yoruba tribe. So if they want some fame to make name in nigeria, they need to go to iboland and dig up on osu and human kidnapping and they should go to north and dig up on human slaughter and bloodletting.

OPC loves Fashola, thats all we care to know.
keep on decieving yourself. You claim yaruba own lagos still yet yoruba has the highest homeless people in lagos. The early u realise the better for you. lagos is for those who can aford it. Hundred of thousand of yoruba that re been evicted at ijora slum re stil going to join the homles group. Is either they join the homeless group in lagos or they go back to their village which i believe majority of them dont know their rout. Wel i pity them. Lagos is for all that can pay the bill.
PoliticsRe: Ladipo Traders Claim To Lose N100B Daily by brown3: 7:01pm On Feb 28, 2013
ODUA_NEGRO: the elders dont care who occupy a market but they care about their community being filthy and a eysore and nuisance.

the elders are part of the people that lodged complaints. are you deaf or blind, cant read?
look at this guy, this same yoruba landlords who builds all sult of quacks, They only care about their income. Am sure they must have been beging fashola on bear of ladipo traders, because they know they wil be the worst hit.

CelebritiesRe: Wizkid And Banky.W Fight on Twitter! by brown3: 12:59pm On Feb 18, 2013
rhymz: My guy if you don't know something just ask instead of assuming and commenting with false authority.
Wizkid signed a 2-year contract with Banky in 2009 and it expired in 2012, why do you think the issue of contract review is taking the front burner.
The kid has been exploited enough, he is in his rights to ask for a renegotiation that will greatly benefit him this time. The former contract was a 50-50 between him and Banky, then from his own 50% the former manager who introduced him to banky collects 25%. . .which kind nonsense be that.
50 to 50 is not too bad. Is the former manager that is cheating on wizzy, why will he be paying him 25% out of his 50%, that is too much 10% is enough, he should stop paying him bcause he has paid him enough.
CelebritiesRe: Wizkid And Banky.W Fight on Twitter! by brown3: 7:07am On Feb 18, 2013
kalokalo: Banky W made a management blunder and is very unprofessional. A business savvy record label has to have the initiative of renegotiating contract terms for an artiste that has delivered. Banky should have renegotiated Wizkid's contract since his talent essentially bankrolls EME. As an analogy for example, even though Barcelona provided the platform that shot Messi to global stardom, they cannot keep paying him according to the terms of his first contract when he was a teenager. It is patently unfair and a poor business decision. This is exactly what Banky W has done to Wizkid. Especially when Messi (Wizkid)has delivered success and profits for Barca (EME).

There HAS TO BE contract renegotiation that will reflect the contributions of the star involved.Or else he will take his talents elsewhere. It has nothing to do with greed or biting the hands that fed him. It is business sense! Compare what Cristiano Ronaldo or a singer like Tuface made when they first started as professionals to what they command now! What has happened is entirely predictable and anyone of us will do the same if we found ourselves in a position of "monkey dey work, baboon dey chop".
but you dont renegotiate why the present contract is still on. Messi and ronaldo where able to take a pay rise after their initial contract espired. You dont renegotiate or take a pay rise No matter how ferfect or magical u re, untill your present contract espired.
