A referendum is alien and illegal in this country. Why have your senators not sponsored a bill to introduce it into our constitution? Confront her quietly and tell her you listened to the recording and watch her reaction. You should also think deeply about why she would decide to record such dirty calls.

I feel you have a compilation of other factors that led you to say you want to end the marriage. You are the only one who knows what you have been putting up with before you discovered this damming evidence.
