…Describes His Comment on PDP’s Candidate as Thoughtless The Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Organization has described the former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Deputy Director-General of the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Organization, Mr Adams Oshiomhole as an unstable and falsehearted character who should be disregarded by Nigerians. Nigerians are appalled by the reckless comments made by Oshiomhole, who being distraught by the increasing popularity of the PDP Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar has now resorted to hauling insults and vituperations against the person of Atiku as witnessed in his Channels TV Politics Today interview on Wednesday. Oshiomhole is behaving like someone suffering from acute Histrionic Personality Disorder (HPD). This can only explain why the former APC National Chairman, who was disgraced out of office, continues as a chattering roller coaster and a musical chair politician who specializes in making unfounded comments and inventing fictitious claims against others just to draw undue attention to himself. Nigerians can recall how Oshiomhole in 2016 described Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu as an impostor, a fake pastor, rusticated student, a career dropout, acid bath assailant, liar, treasury looter; an incompetent and questionable character, who is only good for night meetings and not fit to be the governor of Edo state, only to turn around in 2020 to state that these damaging allegations were mere political statements. Nigerians expect Adams Oshiomhole to note that Presidential Campaign addresses serious issue and not a platform for throwing tantrums and irresponsible commentaries. In that regard, Nigerians are not ready to accept such apparent HPD attitude from him towards the nation’s preferred leader, Atiku Abubakar. In any case, Nigerians will not be surprised to see Adams Oshiomhole turning around at Atiku Abubakar’s inevitable victory and inauguration on May 29, 2023, to condemn Asiwaju Tinubu and declare his current unsavory comments against Atiku Abubakar as mere political statements. If Oshiomhole has honour or means well for this nation, he ought to have resigned as Deputy Director General of Asiwaju/Shettima Presidential Campaign after series of shameful revelations of reported allegations touching on the integrity of the APC Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Instead of forum-shopping from one television station to the other, Oshiomhole ought to be explaining Tinubu’s deluge of questioning over alleged forgery, perjury, treasury looting; inconsistencies in age, name ancestry, educational qualifications as well as the link to nefarious trafficking that led to his forfeiture of a whopping sum of $460,000 to the United States of America in a narcotic matter. Oshiomhole should help his candidate (Tinubu) to account for how the photograph of former Governor Donald Duke was allegedly stolen and used for Asiwaju documentary to campaign as a candidate for the 2023 election. Moreover, Oshiomhole is not in any position to preach about matrimonial competence and sanctimony as he has not explained the whereabouts of his imported foreign wife to Nigerians. It is important for Oshiomhole to note that Nigerians have moved beyond Tinubu as they have already attained consensus across the political, ethnic and religious divides to vote in Atiku Abubakar as a pan-Nigerian and unifier that will rescue our nation from the shambolic rule of the divisive, insensitive and corrupt APC. Of course, Nigerian have come to a consensus that our nation needs a visionary leader, like Atiku Abubakar and certainly not a bat with its inadequacies, specie inconsistencies and aversion to light. My Camry Muscle with PLATE NUMBER JJJ661GJ to a Car Wash in Social Club, Abule Egba in Lagos State. I returned to take back the car but didn't see it again. The carwash man is saying he doesnt know where the car is. I need help of the public to recover it. UPDATE: I just got a call from the Police that my car has been recovered by their men in Ogun State. The car was stolen by two guys that work at the Carwash - both have been arrested. They were arrested in Shagamu area of Ogun State. Nigeria Police are good at their job when they decide to work. …Says APC Presidential Campaign Smacks of “Oluwole” Creation The Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Organisation counsels the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to apologize to Nigerians for reportedly presenting a photograph of former Cross Rivers governor, Donald Duke, in a documentary as himself (Tinubu). Nigerians were miffed by the reported disingenuous use of Donald Duke’s picture in the said documentary to portray Asiwaju Tinubu, purportedly at his young age, which again confirms the dishonesty of the APC Presidential Campaign and further questions the personal integrity of the APC Presidential Candidate. It is instructive to note that the gale of questions and controversies surrounding the personality of the APC Presidential Candidate smacks of a merchandise in “Oluwole” market, a Lagos Center where anything was possible. Such reputation is less demanding of any individual seeking to lead a nation like Nigeria with over 200 million citizens who are in dire need of a credible, transparent, honest and truthful leader. Our campaign believes that Asiwaju Tinubu should apologize to Nigerians for making them to believe that he was the one in the said picture of former Governor Duke and using it to gain followership in the documentary that was part of his campaign materials being used to canvass for votes. It is not enough for the Tinubu Campaign to engage in conflicting reactions over the reportedly stolen photograph weeks after the identity theft had gained strong traction in public discourse. In fact, it stands in strong validation of allegations against the APC Presidential Candidate. Already, the inability of Asiwaju Tinubu and his campaign group to adequately explain his links to the forfeiture of a whopping sum of $460,000 in a narcotic trafficking case, the reported theft of another Nigerian identity for campaign documentary amid other sundry allegations, place huge question around the integrity of Tinubu as an individual. $460,000 forfeiture: Probe allegations before joining Tinubu’s campaign, PDPPCC tells Buhari ***says claims may taint President's integrity Barely 24 hours to the flag-off of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign in Jos, Plateau State, President Muhammadu Buhari, has been advised not to join the trail without first investigating the circumstances surrounding the forfeiture to the United States government of the sum of $460,000 by the flag bearer of the party, Bola Tinubu. The advice was given by the Atiku/Okowa Campaign Organisation who reasoned that if the allegations of narcotic involvement were proved to be true in the end, it will impugn on the President's integrity. President Buhari is expected to grace the Jos rally to lead the campaign for the ruling party's candidate. The spokesman of the campaign organization, Kola Ologbondiyan, who gave this admonition in a phone chat on Monday, recalled that the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo, who is also the spokesman of the APC Presidential Campaign, had admitted that there was a forfeiture of money by Tinubu even though he linked it to tax issues. According to the Campaignorganization, whether the forfeiture was linked to drugs or tax, there was no doubt money was taken from Tinubu’s account. The Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Organization therefore noted that given the implications that might follow, the right thing to do is for President Buhari to probe the allegations before presenting Tinubu to Nigerians. The campaign organization maintained: "There are suggestions in public space that President Muhammadu Buhari should distance himself from the candidate of their party on the ground that it can rubbish whatever integrity is left of President Muhammadu Buhari. "So, the natural expectation being that the government of President Buhari can go and even investigate the allegation against Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the sense that a serving minister in the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari who is also the spokesperson of the campaign organization of Bola Tinubu had already admitted the fact that there was forfeiture. But he said it was a taxation. "So, whichever way you look at it, money believed to belong to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was taken out of his account, a whopping sum of $460,000. There’s no argument of any sort. "And as we speak now, there are also report in public space Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu claimed to have worked in Deloitte. But there are reports now that Deloitte has denied the fact that he ever worked with them. "So, I believe that all this needs to be investigated by President Muhammadu Buhari before he begins to go round to present Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a candidate. "Because if at the end of the day he doesn’t carry out a proper investigation and all the issues that are in public space come out to be real, how is he going to run away from it? Or how is he going to run away from them?" The Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Organization warned that with just a few months left in his tenure, President Buhari should not to allow himself to be dragged into any drug controversy. "You don’t expect a President Buhari who was elected into office on account of his integrity to go and support a candidate who is being alleged to have forfeited money to the United States government on grounds of alleged link to drug issues. "You don’t expect a president who is leaving office, who has how many months to leave office to be dragged into a drug cartel. These issues of drug cartel, these are implications that might arise," the campaign organization declared. Recall that following the recent receipt of a certified true copy of the US order to forfeit the amount, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had hinted that it may approach the court to determine if his participation in the 2023 poll will not violate the Constitution and Electoral Act. The National Publicity Secretary of the main opposition party, Debo Ologunagba, who addressed a press conference on the issue in Abuja on Sunday, disclosed that the party is keeping its options open. The party spokesman, who was fielding questions, on the attempt by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to distance itself from the case that emanated from a court in Chicago, Illinois, had been asked whether it will head to court should the electoral body fail to act. He said: "We are very hopeful. What we decide to do as a party, we don't consult you, we don't tell you. When we started the case against Osun, we didn't tell you, right? "So, we will look at the issue and take decisions and actions based on the exigencies of the times, the requirement and the need to protect our constitution and our electoral process. So, you leave that us." Speaking specifically on a possible court challenge, Ologunagba, stated: "Every option is on the table. And so, I will leave it like that." He debunked insinuation that a court in the United States is not of competent jurisdiction, explaining that countries are encouraged to domesticate international conventions which Nigeria is signatory, and such has led to local laws including the one money laundering. "Second, trafficking in narcotic is one of such. That's why we have the NDLEA and other agencies of government to enforce that because they have been domesticated, they are international conventions. "Those crimes are described as international crimes to which every member state of the United Nations is a signatory and they are obligated to be like. "And our constitution is also clear about that. It talks about court or tribunal in Nigeria and it says 'by any court or any other court' which by my interpretation and by extension of this constitution, is any other court that is consistent with those international conventions and international crimes. "We will study it and any appropriate action that needs to be taken, it will be taken. Like I said to you, every option is on the table," he declared as he read from the proceedings of the court suggesting an indictment. Reading from a prepared text earlier, the PDP spokesman, said: "It is no longer news that the Presidential Candidate of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is irredeemably and hopelessly ineligible to contest the February 2023 Presidential election having been reportedly indicted and subjected to criminal forfeiture judgement for a narcotic related offence by a United States Court in Northern Illinois. "Nigerians are however appalled by the lame attempt by the APC Presidential Campaign which, after admitting that there was a $460,000 drug money criminal forfeiture judgment against accounts traced to the APC Presidential Candidate, is now desperately trying to pull a wool over the eyes of the Nigerians people and our democracy institutions. "Seeing that it is technically out of the Presidential contest and further distraught because it cannot also field candidates at all levels in the 2023 general elections due to its illegal and unconstitutional congresses, the APC has resorted to unleashing hoodlums to attack PDP Presidential Campaign rallies and other innocent Nigerians going about their legitimate endeavors as witnessed in Kaduna and Borno States, in a bid to trigger crisis and scuttle the elections. "There are already apprehensions in the public space of unrefuted allegations that the APC is behind the orchestrated attacks on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) offices in Ogun and Osun States. "The plan of the APC is to instill fear in the citizenry, disorganize and weaken other political parties, frighten, hamstring and immobilize INEC from conducting the 2023 general elections. "The APC must note that its schemes, denials, threats and resort to violence cannot help Asiwaju Tinubu. By the provision of Section 137 (1) (d) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended) Asiwaju Tinubu is not eligible to contest the Presidential election in Nigeria. "Section 137 (1) (d) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended) provides that  1) A person shall not be qualified for election to the office of President if: (d) He is under a sentence of death imposed by any competent court of law or tribunal in Nigeria or a sentence of imprisonment or fine for any offence involving dishonesty or fraud (by whatever name called) or for any other offence, imposed on him by ANY COURT or tribunal or substituted by a competent authority for any other sentence imposed on him by such a court or tribunal. "For clarity, forfeiture is means “something to which the right is lost as for commission of a crime or misdeed, neglect of duty, or violation of a contract” "It is instructive to note that trafficking in narcotic is an international crime to which all nations are obliged and mandated to apprehend, prosecute and enforce any judgment or Court Order imposed on offender. Drug Cartel: Atiku/Okowa Campaign Dismisses Tinubu Alibi, Says Forfeiture Establishes Link to Drug Money The Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Organization after a review of issues arising from the linking of the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to a drug cartel and surmised that the forfeiture of $460,000 by Tinubu to the authorities of the United States of America establishes a connection to drug money. Campaign maintains that our nation can not afford allowing a candidate with the remotest link to a drug cartel near the Presidential Villa. We insist that the mention of Tinubu’s name in a crime bordering on drugs and consequent upon which some monies were forfeited raises a moral question and issues of security threat. October 28, 2022 Press Statement 2023: Atiku/ Okowa Campaign Punctures, Dismisses Fitch Report on Tinubu The Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Organization has dismissed as speculative a report credited to Fitch Ratings and peddled by the Tinubu Campaign Organization conjecturing an unsupported direction for the 2023 Presidential election. From all analysis, the said report is merely contrived, imaginary and completely illusory; It is a trivial opinion of ignorant interlopers which does not conform with any empirical or substantiated indicators regarding the direction of the 2023 Presidential election in Nigeria While we do not want to conclude on the opinion already widely held in the public space that the report was procured or not emanating officially from Fitch, especially, given the desperation and devious antecedents of the Tinubu Campaign Organization and the All Progressives Congress (APC), it is however important to state that these conjectures are direct opposite of the reality on ground. It is important to note that the APC Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has no electoral fighting chance before the PDP Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar and his running mate, Ifeanyi Okowa. Contrary to the report being peddled by the APC, Asiwaju Tinubu is battling with trust issues, stamina concerns, massive open rejection by majority of voters across the country, mass exodus from his APC into PDP due to the abysmal failures of his party in addition to his (Asiwaju’s) self-confessed selfish motives for being in the Presidential race. In reality, unlike Atiku Abubakar, Asiwaju Tinubu has no strong, organic and reliable political base anywhere in the country and cannot get the required 25% in majority of the States of the federation. Across the north, the APC Presidential Candidate does not have a stable political structure with the daily decamping of hordes of Nigerians in the region who voted for President Muhammadu Buhari in 2015 and 2019 now crossing over to the PDP to support Atiku Abubakar in the 2023 elections. In the south, Asiwaju Tinubu has no solid base in the South South and South East where he has been roundly rejected. Even in the South West, the former Lagos State governor has been demystified as evidenced in his party's devastating loss in the last Governorship election in Osun State; a state considered to be his ancestry home, to the PDP. Asiwaju Tinubu has been booed in States of the South West and he has lost his political allies, cultural institutions and foot soldiers in Lagos State and other parts of the South West because of his selfish posturing and trust issues. Moreover, the APC Presidential Candidate has not demonstrated the desired capacity, experience, stamina as well as selfless disposition to lead a nation like Nigeria. The reality of the 2023 Presidential elections is that the PDP Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar has the highest organic followership cutting across all demographies like age, class, ethnic, sectional and even political affiliations in the country as Nigerians believe in his proven capacity, competence, experience, readiness and will power to lead our nation at this point. Nigerians should therefore disregard the said Fitch Report as it does not reflect the reality of the 2023 Presidential election in Nigeria.
