We do not know what the CBN is up to at the moment after the change of management team at FBN holdings.

Is this to say assets used as collateral and other valuable assets of the debtors will be acquired by CBN?

Only time will tell.

Some countries as well as some states in the US have legalize the production and use of cannabis through adequate regulation and supervision by the regulatory agencies in those countries.
