Please who has ever picked an item from AE at Ojo LGA lagos, what post office do you usually pick up?

I cancelled an order on July 5th. The order was made June 17th. It was still awaiting shipment when I cancelled (Umidigi A5pro).
Its been 11days now, nothing yet on my refund, the seller hasn't sent a message accepting to cancel. Is there a stipulated time given to them to accept cancel before AE steps in and automatically cancels? Why the delay?

To be honest, I myself don't think they can keep that promise but on another level I pity them.

I saw a video on YouTube explaining how pre-sale works in China. Most of their staff work around the clock for peanuts. The main goal of companies like Umidigi, Xiaomi, Oukitel and others at this point is not to make profits but to create awareness about their brands so that they can sell more items in the future.

So, I'm not happy about the crazy waiting time... but if Umidigi is not doing this for profit, it's like I'm doing them a favor right now.

It's just that my anger is getting bigger than my pity for them.

Yes labour is cheap in China. I know that the massive order was unprecedented sha.
