Don't mind those retards who claim undue intelligence. If it was a pastor that was asked if he believes in a God and he said "NO"... If Christians try to "explain" it and insist that the pastor is still a Christian even with a fat NO staring at their faces... . You'd see all the atheists shouting Delusion! Delusion!! Delusion!!!... As if Delusion is their father's name... Rubbish angry

Christianity EtcQuestion Of The Day. Why Didn't God Give Satan A Second Chance? by bstringz(op): 10:59am On Dec 07, 2016
I have always mulled over this question in my mind. God is all loving and very compassionate, we sin against him in ways unimaginable yet he always forgives us and even blesses us. So why was lucifer’s case different, why didn’t he just forgive luckier and save us all the stress. He was God’s favourite angel. Why did one mistake make him the worst devil? God loves forgiveness and second chances, why didn’t Satan get any?

This question was also on quora and this were some of the answers i got

Tony Dillion
The tl; dr of it all is that Satan doesn’t want a second chance.

What people don’t understand about this relationship is that Satan wants to be God. He wants the glory, the worship, but not the stress and work. This is why he’s not the savior. But he fell from God’s presence because of pride. In his mind, he hasn’t lost. He can’t lose as long as there is someone willing to sin and there are so many willing!

Satan is known as the father of lies. Like any good liar, he knows the truth but chooses not to believe it. After everything is said and done, he will stand as the Accuser and drag everyone through their worst moments and expect, at the end that we will choose to follow him in overthrowing the kingdom of heaven because Satan is still better than God.

This is why pride is my favorite sin. It is Lucifer’s sin and when you let it, it completely distorts your perception of reality.

Lucifer could ask forgiveness any time. He never will. The heavens weep over this.

Micheal Dissibio
A great question, and classical ontology offers a rather dry and textbook answer.

It defines an angel as pure intelligence, a rational creature with the power of will unencumbered by a body requiring perception to pass through the senses and be decoded by a neural system (as is the case with humans).

For this reasons, an angel perceives the nature of reality (or truth) immediately, and its act of will is full and decisive, not belabored by appetites (of flesh) or confusion (from incomplete perception of a given situation).

So classical ontology explains that it is not so much that God did not give Satan or any angel a second chance, as much as He created in them a mode of existence for which a second chance is illogical and an impossibility. Any decision such a creature would make is complete and final – in essence a creature whose existence is defined by a single grasp of all reality and a single movement of will toward acceptance of or rebellion against an external truth (embracing it in love or rejecting it in hate).

By “classical ontology” I mean the concept of existence and being that the hellenistic philosophers (such as Aristotle) formulated about 2400 years ago, and which the medieval (11th – 13th century) philosphers and theologians expounded.

In short, the classic concept of the perfect being is one who exists entirely on his own merits esse per ipsum and not a created being whose existence has a beginning and end esse per aliud.

Of created entities, however, there is a scale of participation in perfect existence. So you have rocks, single-cell organisms, plants, invertebrates, mammals, rational animals (man).

If you accept the existence of angels (which this question assumes) then you are talking a rational creature without any material body. For man as a species, one principal of individuation is his body. For angels, which we equivocate with pure intelligence, there is no material individuation, and therefore Aquinas describes (in De Ente et Essentia) the concept that every angel is its own species.

So an angel has a beginning, but no body, and therefore, it does not live in what we call time, because, as the philosophers argued, time only makes sense in the context of material and space. Living outside of time is a mode of existence which voids the need for continual repetition of an imperfect decision.

Christianity EtcCommotion And Fear As The Ghost Of A Dead Herbalist Takes Over A Church In SA by bstringz(op): 8:47am On Dec 05, 2016
A church located in a small South African town is said to have been taken over by ghost which comes to trouble it at night.

According to Daily Sun SA, trouble started when the pastor of the church was looking for land and the local chief offered him a sweet deal; a hectare of land for only R200 (N4,457) and a bottle of brandy.

Even when the chief told him about the old grave right in the middle of the piece of land in Zinjeni Village, near Coffee Bay, Eastern Cape, the pastor didn’t hesitate. He believed the Holy Spirit would protect the church.

But now the sweet deal has gone sour. A year after the church was built, there have been reports of ghosts in the church at night.

Pastor, identified as Ofoma Omotoso, 42, bought the site from chief Bhukhosini Dalasile of the Amaqoco clan to open his Sliding Door to Heaven Ministries.

“Villagers said the grave was of a sangoma (herbalist) who died in 1997,” Omotoso told Daily Sun. “I am a powerful man of God. I built my church hall and performed a cleansing ceremony to tell the sangoma’s spirit to voetsek in the name of Jesus.”

But last week he received complaints of strange noises coming from the church. On Saturday, he slept at a church member’s house and heard the noises himself.

“First it’s Intlombe Yamagqirha (South African music) or gospel jazz,” said Omotoso. “Later a woman’s voice starts speaking through a loudspeaker. I was too terrified to go and investigate. I trust the Holy Spirit will deal with the problem.”

Chief Bhukhosini said he told Omotoso to build his church away from the grave of the sangoma.

“Now the villagers think Omotoso brought evil from Nigeria but the trouble is with the angry spirit of the dead sangoma,” he said.

Villager Sibakhulu Ntase, 78, said building on top of a grave is an insult. “The church should be demolished,” said the madala.

Attempts to trace the sangoma’s family were unsuccessful.

RomanceCan You Marry Someone With A Tribal Mark? Nigerians Share Their Views by bstringz(op): 10:23pm On Nov 26, 2016
In separate interviews with the News Agency of Nigeria in Abuja, some residents in the Federal Capital Territory on Friday, expressed mixed reactions over marrying persons with tribal marks on their faces.

While some said they find tribal marks on the body particularly on the face attractive, others said it was repulsive, hence cannot marry any one with it.

Miss Clara Omeiza – a beautician/make-up artist

“As a make-up artist, I find the practice of marking a face repulsive and unattractive. Fortunately for us that practice is fast fading as people no longer see the need to mark their child’s face, probably due to other cultural influences or modernization.

“I cannot marry a man with tribal marks or tattoo no matter how wealthy or intelligent he is, because for me to even consider marrying someone, I have to atleast find him attractive not repulsive.”

Ibrahim Adejumo – a civil servant

“Tribal marks rarely exist now even in the villages, because there are some parts of the Yoruba land that has prohibited the act of marking a child’s face as it attracts a heavy fine or imprisonment for the parents or guardians.
a very wicked act and a violation of human right for a parent to mark the face of his or her child in this modern age because we no longer see it as a form of identity or beauty, rather people these days look at it with disdain.”

Danladi Isa – a teacher

“I have a student in my class that has deep etched marks on his face. Most times, you see other children making fun of him and even isolating him from group play.

“As a teacher, I had to make efforts towards educating the children about the history behind tribal marks as a form of identity, as well as teach them that it was wrong to laugh at him.

Kehinde Sunday – a 23-year-old mechanic

“Although I am Yoruba, but I didn’t grow up in my state, I grew up in the north and I was an object of ridicule among my mates because of how deep my tribal marks are.

“I will not allow any of my children to be marked because of the pains I went through, while growing up. Even till date, I find it difficult to get a girl that will like me, find me attractive or even marry me because of my tribal marks.

Timothy Hassan – a historian

“It is so sad that Africans tend to throw away their own ways of life and embrace others, which they feel are superior or better than their own to the detriment of our own cultural practices.

“Tribal marks are beautiful and are symbols of identification, especially when one is in the midst of people from diverse cultures. It shouldn’t be discarded, but should still be practiced.

“I don’t see anything wrong with been in a relationship or even marrying someone with tribal marks.

“I am more concerned about the character of the person, rather than his physique like tribal marks or any form of deformity,” she said.

Yakubu, therefore, advised the public to desist from judging a person based on his physical appearance, but rather on his character or way of life.

Christianity EtcPastor Commands Members To Touch Live Wire During Service by bstringz(op): 10:55am On Nov 24, 2016
Apostle Phillip Sithole, a South African clergy, has shocked people with a weird style of performing miracles during church service.

Apostle Phillip, a pastor from Hammanskraal, Tshwane, South Africa, has released a video showing him commanding a church member to touch a live wire.

According to Daily Sun SA, the incident occurred on Sunday.

Apostle Phillip Sithole (25), known as Hephzibah, also claimed to turn water into wine during the church service.

He said he was doing the same thing Jesus did when the wine ran out at a wedding.

This is coming after videos of another South African pastor, Prophet Lethebo Rabalago spraying Doom in the faces of congregants for miracles went viral this week.

Phillip, during the church service, allegedly asked a man to drink the wine and he instantly got drunk.

Hephzibah, who is the pastor of Divine Word Ministries, told Daily Sun God gave him a pure anointing.

“I can command people to touch live wires and they will not get electrocuted. Anointing is more powerful than live wires,” he claimed.

He said after he had anointed people, they could do anything without putting themselves in danger.

“Not everyone can do this. It’s only for those who have the power of God.”

A church member said the congregation was worried by Sunday’s events.

“Not everyone is happy with the way the pastor does things. This might be bad for the church’s reputation. And we are worried people might get hurt.”

Thoko Mkhwanazi-Xaluva, chairwoman of the Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultura, Religious and Linguistic Communities, said they urged the religious sector to register all the pastors and prophets in South Africa.

“Through such an organisation there will be laws that pastors and prophets must obey. Those doing illegal things in the name of religion will be dealt with.”

HealthDo Gynecologist Get Tempted By Their Patients? Read Some Interesting Experiences by bstringz(op): 12:39pm On Nov 19, 2016
I have always wondered how gynecologist cope with a profession that requires you starring down a woman/man(s) privates half the time…. It should be such a herculean task right? Who would marry and trust someone like that? So i did a little research to get answers from the net of some gynecologist… Their answers are quite interesting and should also be able to quench your curiousity

This is a question I have been asked by my friends who are not in the medical profession quite a few times.

First off, being a gynaecologist is an interest, a passion and lastly a job.

I am always thinking of the following things when I meet a patient:

How do I obtain a clear history, which specific questions can I ask her which will help me arrive at a diagnosis?
How can I show her that I genuinely care about her problems?
What would be the easiest and most informative examination/test to find out the cause of her problem?
How can I explain my opinions in a way that she would understand and not get confused?
In other words – I’m being professional.

In the 17-odd years I’ve done this job I have not thought of any patient in an unprofessional fashion. I have dealt with histrionic personalities who flirted with me very openly. I’ve had one woman writing letters to my home even! I’ve simply laughed it all away. When I look back at my career I don’t recall any “pretty” patients, only the ones where I felt good about helping them battle a serious condition and the loud, dramatic, abusive patients. Oh, yes! Some of them can be very abusive!

In my career I have not met any male gynaecologist who has confessed to having feelings, sexual or otherwise, towards their patients. And believe me I have worked with close to 300 gynaecologists (about 40% were male I’d guess).

I did hear of someone getting reported for making an inappropriate comment while examining a patient but the truth was the poor chap’s language skills were at fault. English was a foreign language to him and he got into trouble and there was an investigation into the episode and he got suspended but did not face any further charges.

I do read news items about some gynaecologists assaulting patients under the guise of examining them and I always feel puzzled and disturbed by their actions.

Another answer
I am a woman and when I examine men I have never been attracted to one or felt “tempted”. I am busy, I am thinking about the presenting problem or diagnosis, I have a job to do. Men have flirted in the past and it just exasperates me. I can’t speak for all medical providers, and I am sure it happens sometimes, but generally I think it’s not only unethical, it’s unlikely that the vast majority of medical providers are ever attracted to patients. For pete’s sake…you only see them for about 10 minutes! (Another problem)

So this is one case it actually happened

He is a former Brazilian physician Dr. Roger Abdelmassih.

Want to know what monstruosities he did?

He sedated female patients pretending to have an exam on them, and performed sexual intercourse without the patient consent. He was an expert on human reproduction and lots of women went to get his help to get pregnant.

He was sentenced to 278 years in prison for 52 confirmed rape and 39 attempted sexual abuses on women.

Someone also spoke from the “patient” point of view

I speak as a patient. I recently spent several months in a foreign country, one with a culture more conservative than in some western countries. While there, I visited a male gynecologist because I needed help and, it turns out, surgery. Towards the end of my visits with him, as I was preparing to leave the area, my gynecologist asked me to give him some advise and suggested we talk over dinner. He took me to dinner a few times. I noticed him checking me out once in a while and got the distinct impression he was interested in the possibility of romance. I realized that this man may have been attracted to me while I was his patient. It was all pretty innocent, but it makes me think that, sure, doctors may be attracted to their patients sometimes, and that seems natural and okay as long as they remain professional.

Well those are the experiences of gynecologist and patients alike… Hope i was able to satisfy your curiousity? If you came here to read a raunchy doctor-patient sex story, sorry to disappoint

Nairaland GeneralMan Has Sex Romp With A Lady Till She Dies by bstringz(op): 11:16am On Nov 16, 2016
A report has emerged of a security man who slept with his concubine until she died.

According to The Nation, the man identified as Oluwatuyi Alake, committed the crime on an Ekiti woman who left her husband’s house for the sex romp with the man.

The 45-year-old man who was arraigned before an Ado Ekiti magistrate’s court has been charged with murder and remanded in prison custody.

The prosecuting counsel, Monica Ikebuilo stated that the man committed the said act on October 30 at Ijero Ekiti in the state and also carried the late woman on his back and threw it in the bush to cover up his misdeeds.

This, she said, contravenes section 319 of the Criminal Code, Cap 16, laws of Ekiti state of Nigeria 2012.

The man’s appeal was not taken but his lawyer, Busuyi Ayorinde, pleaded for a short adjournment date pending the outcome of legal advice from the office of Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) where the case file has been submitted.

Omolola Akosile who is in charge of the case therefore adjourned the case to December 15 and remanded the man in porison custody until the advice from DPP gets to the court.

Recently, reports emerged of one Mr Azeez Adeshina who urged a customary court in Ikorodu to put an end to his marriage, after allegedly catching his wife red-handed with another man.

Adeshina who is troubled by his wife’s adulterous acts, on Wednesday, September 7, approached the court in Lagos state to annul his 22-year-old marriage.

The 40-year-old, who resides at Ipinyewi, off Aroro Adamo Road in Ikorodu, told the court that his wife, Oluwatoyin, was an “unrepentant adulterer”

RomanceFour Reasons Why You Are "Undateable" by bstringz(op): 12:12am On Nov 16, 2016
Many people have probably been in dozens of relationship and all of them didn’t work out… And they are probably wondering “what’s the problem?” “Is it me? Or is it her?”. Well, here are some reasons why the fault is probably from you!

1. Inability to communicate negative emotions in a positive way:When you feel bad and angry you don’t know how to express it without causing severe harm to the listener….. Nobody likes being hurt by words, this one of the reasons why you are still alone and bitter

2. You don’t like talking to people so much:You are a lone ranger in all the sense of the word, you don’t want to talk to people on the phone or spend time with others… You find too much comfort in solitude.. .Guess what? That’s why you are “undateable” even boring people call boring people “boring”

3. Your expectations of people usually don’t make sense::This is probably how messed up your expectations are “I want you to want sex a lot but I don’t want to feel like an object that’s only good for it. I want you to give love and support and be there for me physically and emotionally, but also have a vibrant life of your own. I want you to understand my difficulties in opening up but also push me into spilling the beans on how I really feel. I want to be taken along to your events with your people but not that often. I want you to be comfortable with me going on my own in speaking with strangers and getting to know people at a party for hours on end, but also have you near me in case I don’t like who I’m with.”

4. You let people think they know you, when they actually don’t: Many times in your relationships you divulge secrets to people that aren’t really secrets and lead them into a false knowledge that they actually know who you are, however soon you start displaying attitudes quite contrary to who you said you are… Leading many times to the question we often hear in break-ups “I thought i knew you”. This is another reason why you are very “undateable”

Those are top four things you need work on if you still want to enjoy a great relationship
