If President Buhari had signed the amended electoral act into law, then non-usage of card reader would have been an issue. Sadly as it stands, use of card reader is currently not known to our law. A few guys already benefited from that loophole as at 2015 eg. Wike vs Peterside. PDP should just move on. Painful, but it is what it is

It’s not really about using opera mini or a lesser browser. The platform has an issue generally. I did it on my iPhone and it was not easy completing the test as well. As long as a question times out, it takes a while before the next one comes up and even by the time it comes up, the time it took to load would have been deducted from the time you have to answer that question.

Its not really an issue with browser. I think its their problem maybe their tech guys are on xmas break. They should have waited till they're fully ready

TruthBeTold, this Fashola guy distanced himself from ACTIVE politics for a while, just to focus on solving the age-long power curse. He sure hasn't broken this curse, but he has been doing something right. Power situation has been on the upward trajectory, though slow, its steady.
