Fubara will obey this one as a justification not to pay their salaries and entitlements.
But the lawmakers were stupid to have defected in the first place.
This whole game would have ended with the impeachment of Fubara if they haven't defected.

The Rivers State Governor Sim Fubara has set up the committee to recover all state properties falsely grabbed by the former state Governor, Nyesom Wike.
Below are a list of some of the properties identified for immediate recovery.

As it standss now,votes from Edo south is going to be PDP 75% while APC is 25%.Edo central is PDP 65% while APC is 35%.Finally in Edo north,Etsako part is 75% APC while PDP is 25%.Owan part of Edo north is 50% APC while PDP is 50%.Akoko Edo part of Edo north is 60% APC and 40%PDP

This prediction doesn't make sense. APC and PDP are not the only political parties that will be on the ballots. If LP will not do well, they will certainly get some votes especially in Edo South.

Not true sir.once a matter is internal,it cannot be taken to a tribunal.section 84 of the electoral act clearly deals with nomination and it makes it purely a party affair.again,the only qualification matter that can be taken to tribunal are those that are constitutional.double nomination is purely an electoral act offence

U are absolutely wrong. The Section 84 of the electoral act talks about procedures or method for the conduct of parties norminations of candidates or primary elections. The section 134 deals with grounds of petition. Why did the Tribunal went ahead to entertain the same petition that has to do with double nomination of Shetima which was also brought by APM irrespective of the supreme court judgement. APC applied for the Tribunal to throw it away but the Court refused to oblige simply because the Tribunal knows the nature of judgement supreme court has given and what the electoral act says concerning the matter. Look for a way to read the judgement of the Supreme Court. They didn't say that the case filed by the PDP lacks merit. The supreme ruled that PDP doesn't have the jurisdiction to bring the case to a Court that is not the Tribunal.

1) the shettima case has been settled by the supreme court.it is an internal affair of a party to be raised before elections.

2) the 25% case is ambiguous but I can tell you that the judges will likely thrash it.moreover,a rerun emanating from it will involve only tinubu and atiku.obi so far has not canvassed anything on that and his case ends tomorrow.

The case of Shetima's double nomination is still alive. The supreme Court ruled that PDP doesn't have the Locus Standi to petition APC in pre- election matter at a Court that is not the Tribunal. It's only the Party Member who contested primary Election that has the Jurisdiction. The Electoral act 2022 allows the Tribunal to entertain pre-election matter in the case of disqualification filed by any party that contested the election. See section 134 of the electoral act.

Peter Obi is not left out among the betrayers. Judging from the stand taken by the Labour Party(which he’s the leader) to support Yari(Muslim) against the choice of Akpabio(Christian). I expected him to recuse himself from such stand and even order the party to support a Christian. But he did not and you guys do not see it as betrayal of the Christian interest(an interest he’s supposed to be at the forefront championing)?. Your comment is only true is there are only 2 strong candidates in the election.

In a situation where there are four strong candidates like in the last election, it is quite possible to win only one state and still win the election .

It is the margin with which you are loosing or winning that matters..as long as you maintain a close margin to whoever is winning among the other 3 candidates and win wirh a strong margin in the single state , you will still win the election...that is what happenened to BAT in the northwest.

U are absolutely wrong and confused. The election did not only take place in Northwest. BAT won in 12 states of the federation according to INEC. If we have only 4 strong candidate in a presidential election and 3 candidates won in about 11 states each out of the 36 States. It will be impossible for the other Candidate who won in just one state to score the highest number of votes. He can get over 25% votes in more than 24 states. I'm talking of getting the highest number of votes which is the first requirement to be declared the winner of the presidential election. If BAT had won in just one state, it would have been impossible for him to score the highest number of votes. This is a simple arithmetic .

Let them approach the Court with evidence to prove the allegation of rigging in the southeast.The Pastor may not be following the Court proceedings. Peter Obi is desputing the results in some Southeast States. The two Governors and other APC agents manipulated results to give over 60K and 40k for APC in Imo and Ebonyi states respectively. PDP scored over 500k votes in Anambra State in 2019 because of Peter Obi's goodwill and popularity . I'm even surprised that Obi didn't get up to 500k votes in Abia State. Many Igbos really voted Obi which they have also done to other tribes even against their respected and influecial Son: late Odumegwu Ojukwu who contested in 2003 against Obasanjo. All I want is justice from the Judges of the Appeal and Supreme Court and everyone will move on and keep praying for a better, peaceful and prosperous Nation.

You need to understand how electoral numbers work.

One won 7 LGAs but those LGAS did not have enough population to keep him in the race long term.

In the places Atiku won, Tinubu came a close second he was close behind him in the places with high population and hence got his nunbers out

Do you know that you can lose every state in Nigeria during the presidential elections and still win the election? If you know how to study electoral result numbers, you will see how extremely possible it is.

I mean, I wonder why you are not bother that in the 6 geopolitical zones

Atiku won 1

Yet Atiku finished with more votes than Obi.

It can only be possible when there's massive manipulations to reduce or suppress the votes of a particular candidate especially where he won or did well. Secondly, there is no way someone can be declared the Winner of the presidential election if he lost in all the states. Losing in all the 36 States simply means that u didn't score the highest number of votes: The law says: Score the highest number of votes and 25% votes in at least 24 states AND FCT.

The Petioners have not tendered the INEC CTC of Form EC8As and EC8Bs for the States like Pleateau, Bauchi, Bornu and Taraba. They said that their votes were suppressed in those states as well.

The fact that most Igbos didn't vote for Tinubu doesn't mean that he is really being hated . If you come to Southeast, there are Igbos who are Tinubu's supporters. Not only Igbos who are against Tinubu's presidency. Ignorance has made some of us to address anybody who doesn't support Tinubu as an Igbo Man. There are so many areas in Edo, Rivers ,Plateau, Akwaibom, Taraba, bayelsa, Cross river, Kaduna, Delta, Nasarawa, etc U won't mention Tinubu's name: They don't like him. These places are not dominated by the Igbos. Even in Lagos, some Yorubas don't like Tinubu due to one reason or the other. Most of Tinubu's supporters made hate speech and derogatory comments against many Igbos by calling them the "IPOBS" whose their sponsor is now PETER OBI. How could you say that Igbo Man can never be the President of this Country when the Igbos have voted Yoruba,Hausa,Fulani, Ijaw Man in the past. It is the injustice against the Igbos that made some of them not to speak good about Tinubu. It's very wrong to shout "EMI LOKAN". The Election shouldn't have been the turn of anybody. If it's based on "TURN", it is the turn of the SOUTHEAST who are yet to produce a president If power should return to the SOUTH. If the election was not massively rigged or manipulated to favor APC AND TINUBU, the Igbos and the OBIdients must have moved on. They are angry that people especially from the Southwest are seeing Peter Obi as Igbo candidate and even used tribal/religious tools to campaign against him despite the fact that the Igbos voted Obasanjo against their own popular Son in the name of late Odumegwu Ojukwu who also contested in 2003. The undiluted truth remains that many Igbos and other tribes voted PETER OBI based on his competence, credibility, character, capacity. If people like Orji Ozor kalu, Rochas okorocha, Ekweremadu, Nnamani, etc had contested, many Igbos would come out against them because of their character issues and past records. In a nutshell, if APC had allowed INEC to conduct free and fair election, there wouldn't be any post-election shenanigans against anyone or party. Many Yorubas hate PETER OBI and they vowed that Igbos can never be the President of this Country: meaning that they must be stopped by all possible cost. That's what exactly happened in the last election. We can't be Shouting one Nigeria when there's no justice, equity, fairness, and inclusiveness. That's the truth.

. He is saying that according to the INEC, Peter Obi got over 25% in 16 States. When u add the 10 states mentioned below, it gives 26 States.... Adamawa,Oyo, Bauchi,sokoto, ekiti, kogi, Kaduna, Ogun, ondo, Bornu . Peter Obi got over 60% in FCT.

In the eyes of the Law the result has not been declared in the first place. The REC is not the Governorship Returning Officer in that Election. He's not empowered by the Law to make such pronouncement. If this Country is not a shithole, that REC should have been arrested and charged to Court for such rediculous Electoral offence.
