benalvino2:But that will never happen. Have you not heard the conspiracy somewhere that all trump's lawyers are Democrats hired by Obama four years ago? |
ono:You saying he did not hire most of those he fired? Go read! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Trump_administration_dismissals_and_resignations?wprov=sfla1
|
benalvino2:Well, we are in 2020, do note. |
Amujale:You have not exactly presented any argument with your assertions, and you have not in any way shown any reason for one to "determine that Democracy is a failed experiment". Many of us are here celebrating the desired result of democracy.
|
Amujale:Everything you've claimed on this thread is baseless assertion and not once have you provided facts or evidence for any of it. |
wowcatty:What have you found?
|
Amujale:You have not provided any evidence for anything, all you did was assert as you usually do. |
Amujale:You must be the only one who has "considered the evidence from both sides "because Sidney Powell is still sitting on her kraken, Rudy does not seem to have any sense, and Biden is not even bothering with this nonsense, so where did you get the evidence that you considered? |
PDPGuy:Reminds me of Ipobs who listened to Kanu and boycotted the election without realising they disenfranchised themselves. Magas, boycott! Please!
|
Amujale:No sane person will claim there was no election malpractices in the 2020 American elections, and a neutral assessor as you claim you are would consider both parties likely did fraud too and would at least consider the evidence before promoting it as fact as you do. Fact is there is no evidence yet of the sort of fraud that would swing any of the counts being disputed, at least no evidence for fraud has been provided despite numerous opportunities and incentives to do so.
|
Amujale:You have not provided one single piece of evidence for any of your assertions! |
Amujale:Well, you can't expect reasonable people to continue considering their allegations after they have failed to provide credible evidence to a judge who is qualified to consider it. |
benalvino2:You obviously failed to read what was posted.
|
benalvino2:You may say it as much as you want, fact remains that the electors can not chose to ignore their votes if they want. Feel free to provide evidence for your claim though if you got any. |
benalvino2:Not in America they can't! The people who vote only tells the electors who they want to be the president. It would be very unusual for the electors to disregard the instructions they were given. But you can perhaps point to evidence that shows precedence for your claim. |
benalvino2:Supreme Court judges specifically swear to uphold the law and the Constitution and not their own rules, as the quote from ACB clearly states. She has sworn she will upload the law and I am willing to trust she would since I know she is not relying on common sense. If she makes a decision that goes against me tomorrow I will quote what I just did again, either to call her a hypocrite if she did not consider the evidence, or to moan about the case not going my way. Either way, she won't be the only judge on my case and they can't all be unprofessional. |
benalvino2:Your common sense obviously does not let you understand how important intergrity is to a judge, as stated by Justice Amy. I bet you think she'll just vote trump because he put her there. |
benalvino2:It is obviously not true that "those who voted are not actually the ones who decide who becomes president"! Nor is it true that "Pennsylvania Elections do not care about your feelings. We all vote and the person with the most votes wins. Its called Representative democracy, and has nothing to do with your "common sense" feelings. |
benalvino2:This is an example of your common sense. A person with superior sense would at least provide a reason for such a claim but you obviously lack both a reason and sense. Judges don't "want to throw away cases". They would lack credibility if they do and would not advance far in their profession and would never have made judge in the first place. Hear it said in Amy Coney Barrett's words: www.nairaland.com/attachments/12637531_20201106165428770_jpeg_jpeg410e12b3b251cc6063b2f1a50188e7ef |
benalvino2:You got any "evidence that "congress does not feel compel that the election is free and fair" or are you asking that we just take your common sense word for it? |
benalvino2:Obviously, you don't, which is why you think you have sense which you don't have. See you operating here with your "common sense" which is turning out to be complete nonsense of the ignorant type. A little learning will reduce such ignorance and decrease your reliance on common sense. It's the reason your parents sacrificed to send you to school instead of have you rely on "common sense". |
benalvino2:You word is not enough evidence to convict the man you claimed to see kill the other man you claim you saw him kill. The man you claim you saw kill another man can claim you are lying and that you killed the dead man and you would not expect us to take his word for it now would you? Just as the man you saw's word is not proof you killed the dead man so is your word not evidence the man you claimed to see killed the dead man. |
benalvino2:Not according to the judge you presented it to it isn't. www.nairaland.com/attachments/12726296_20201123041231569_jpeg_jpegf57371fdbe0a843d2996b07b2eca0b2f But I guess the judge was not using "common sense" seeing as he obviously went to school to get some superior legal sense. |
benalvino2:Common sense is not the only sense one can have. We send you to school to go and upgrade your common sense to superior sense. If you don't study hard to acquire that more superior sense you will fail and reason like a dullard without sense. |
Amujale:I watched Rudy's press conference. All through I was like is this dude mad or something, thinking it could not get worse, then Sidney Powell said Hugo Chavez woke from the grave to vote for Biden and I figured they were just separating that fool trump from the little money he has left. Meticulous is not a word I'd use to describe what Giuliani did there nor did the judge he said it to the next day.

Amujale:It is indeed a fact that "there are allegations of election malpractices in the US 2020 electoral processes", but until evidence is provided those "allegations" are not facts. |
Amujale:Amujale, you are just asserting as you usually do and as trump has been doing and you are asking us to believe you without providing any evidence at all.
|
benalvino2:Sense that is common has no value. If you had worked for your sense it wouldn't be common and you'd likely value it more than money or diamonds. |
benalvino2:If it's common it's rather valueless since everyone seems to have it. We all know the sense everyone has is nonsense. |
benalvino2:Go drink the water you claim is common then come tell me about it. Common sense is basic sense, the sort you've done no work at all to acquire which makes it as valuable as sand on a beach where there's lots of useless sand. |

the people who vote only tells the electors who they want to be the president. The electors are actually the ones who vote for the president. So where one candidate win the entire states by voting even win by 1960 million votes to 0... The electors can still decide the guy with the 0 vote is the president. You understand?
