Judges in UK are very heavily scrutinised, and would not jeopardise their livelihood and reputation for this one case. Besides, UK judges do not decide guilt, a jury of one's peers does.

Better is Iran poke the base and irritate the base so more money is spent securing the base until USAnians vote as USAnians always do against the baseless waste of life and money at the vase. Then when USA finally pulls out, Iran hopes, the shame will be USA's.
