What a waste of money-there is a more beautiful park just opposite of this wastage begging for Government attention and another one is being developed.

Common what is wrong with these guys,can't you put in a quarter of this money to improve on the one opposite this one you want to start and use the remaining for people oriented programmes.

(For those that don't know this is at airforce junction opposite the beautiful Omehia peace Park that have been abandoned by government)

Each senate rule is unique and dies with that senate.Since the inception of the fourth republic,we have had the 1999,2003,2007,2011 and 2015 senate rules all unique and differant.

You cannot try forcing an obsolete 2011 senate rule on the 2015 senate.If the senate bureaucracy has prepared a 2015 senate rule,you must work with it andnot coming to claim it was forged.

The only way you can prove forgery is by tendering the original.The stupid witnesses are expected to tell the court that there was no amendment to the 2011 senate rule forgetting that senate rule is now obsolete and cannolonger be used for the 2015 senate.

So unless the prosecution can produce the original unforged 2015 senate rule,this case is dead on arrival.

I have been straining and stressing my brain to understand the common sense ,not even the legal sense behind this logic-but failed.Pls,can you throw more light on this analogy?

Does it mean they are no rules and constitution of the senate and HOR,that every new member changes it with impunity ?And point of correction is that in as much each senate is unique (don't really understand the type or form),it does not mean the subsisting rules become archaic after the demise of the old one.Why don't you just even read the rules of the senate concerning changing of house rules that are there on the write up.

These are documents that are in the public domain and archives of the senate-so there must be an old one to present as evidence.Remember the issue of real budget and Padded one.

There is a difference between servicing your debts and not servicing your debts,even individually if you owe somebody and keep on giving the person small small payments is different from when you don't pay at all-Dangote might be servicing his debts while these other guys left their debts to fate.

Help! Ecobank Debited My Account Without Dispensing The Cash

Please nairalanders help me push this message till it gets to buhari if possible. My friend tried making a withdrawal through her ecobank ATM and her account was credited without dispensing the cash. All effort to resolve the issue proved abortive cos the bank's branch manager is being indifferent.

Things are hard this time. It is even harder for a student and to be ripped off by an institution that is meant to safeguard your money is just not fair. That's day time robbery.


Ecobank awka please and please, credit this poor girls account and upgrade your system.

It's not as if am praising them,it happened to me about a week ago.I wrote to the guys in lagos via email and within two days they replied me that they have reversed the transaction whilst I complained at their portharcourt rumuola branch on same day i notified the Lagos guys and they gave me a complaint paper to fill and told me It will take 5 working days.The guys in Lagos did it in one day.Follow the right approach and it will be resolved as soon as you don't even expect it.Forget those their branch managers that don't even know what they are doing.

If you check the pictures,you would notice that the guys are different.Different pictures-does it mean the whole bank came to beg him and allowed their pics to be taken by the press?Was it a meeting that was called by the press?You can also see that there were so many people people in the room ,how come?

If we can remember the purported picture of Fayoshe addressing the business men at the symposium during the China loan Brouhaha and the picture of the Guy who exposed the rigging Saga kneeling down to beg Fayoshe that was refuted by the guy.We decide to take photoshopped and stage managed pictures from Fayoshe with a bag of salt-
