Thanks to Noobody for this stress free shipping.. I ordered pocophone F1 (128gb). First it was the really cheap price. I paid him at 350/$. I was surprised when he messaged me that same night about shipping out. It took 2weeks and day for it to reach me. The post office nearest to me called me this morning and I paid them only #300 to pick it up.

It was Bullet Force before.. The moment I downloaded PUBG, I deleted Bullet force straight up... This game is the bomb... Doenst restart on minimize.. So smooth and sweet.. Can drain battery tho. For me, it's still my best game.

I didn't use any code...I downloaded the app from the email link provided..it has me logged in already..
If there is the need to use the interview code, check your mail, it's there..just copy and paste into the app.

This is my 3rd time of going through this process with Shell so I guess I'm not as bothered or too excited as first timers here and I'm emotionally detached from any of the outcomes.

But one thing I know about personality test is this; people can't have same qualities to the same degree and there are no right or wrong answers. In fact, no organization wants to have a team filled with people having the same working styles. That's why its good to be true to yourself and not merely tick what you think they want to hear. They ask the same question in different ways and the software can know if you are lying. I did that in 2013 and that was why I failed the first stage - Personality test. I didn't proceed to 2nd stage - cognitive test. So I had to wait another year. But this year is different and even more interesting.

Well said brother. I took my time to give honest answers to the question during the personality assessment. Just can't remember any phrase that has to do with been creative ( I scrolled back and forth many times before I submitted). I still wonder where they got that from..

I think the Hirevue app reads our facial expression and rates us on a 5 scale system.. 5 star is a Yes, 4 star is Maybe and the others is No.. It records your voice projection, Eye contact, your facial expression (eyebrow, cheek and all) and gives feedback to shell.. believe you me, the Hirevue app has screened a lot out.. Shell HR team will only have to work with those with 5 stars and probably the 4 stars(Maybe) rating
I gathered all this info from the Hirevue site and users review.. All the best guys.. Did mine 2 hours ago and all I got was this Cubiks assessment result (she said I wasn't Creative). I can't remember seeing any that talks about creativity tho.. Well, it's just their own assessment, not Shell's..

What to expect

Part B - an online ‘working styles’ assessment (untimed):

Unlike the cognitive test, this assessment is not timed. The assessment looks at your approach to work and your preferred ways of behaving across the ‘big five’ personality factors: drive, adaptability, supportiveness, assertiveness and creativity.

There are no right or wrong answers, so simply pick the option that feels most natural to you. Most people tend to complete this in 10 to 12 minutes. Understanding your own working style can be incredibly helpful to your ongoing career progression, which is why we’ll share the Cubiks ‘working styles’ feedback with you after this assessment.


Tips for the test

We celebrate diversity and uniqueness at Shell and encourage you to be yourself.
A calculator is allowed and is recommended.
Keep an eye on the timer during the cognitive test.

Back in the days when ordinary conqueror papers were used for certificates, one for sure can laminate...But now, most schools have some kinda security imprint on the paper which can't be seen with the nakëd eye..it was during my registration in NYSC camp that I got to know my undergraduate certificate had some other designs when placed under blue fluorescent light(that's what I saw tho). A guy was delayed for hours as his certificate was laminated and no special designs(security prints) could be detected under the blue light...
For me, I would suggest certificates shouldn't be laminated...Even my primary school certificate is still as new as received..rain and oil drops? I don't think that's an excuse to get a certificate laminated
