Electoral Act gave you much power on the manual collation of results and was not so clear on electronic transmission. The act also gave INEC power to choose mode of transmission of results.

Whereas, INEC guidelines was more detailed and elaborated on the importance of electronic transmission of results..

Unfortunately, Electoral Act is Nigeria constitution and superceds any guidelines..

So, far, manual collation of results have not been faulted...all what petitioners have been saying is about IREV..
