All of you implicating GEJ in Soludo saga, where did you get the idea from ?
Is it that you guys are permanently suffering from Malaria, that you just make up stories and believe it ?

The fact of the matter is that AdaObi schemed Soludo off his party.
As simple as ABC.
You don't jump into a party and take over, just by collecting membership form.

Pls show some common sense.
For Soludo, I think he needs better political advicers.
The way he has dragged himself in the mud, during his short political career is shocking
Let him be a bit patient, become a minister or senator and then build a political stucture for himself.
But he should never have ventured into politics after serving as CBN governor
But thats me sha !

FreeGlobe:
well if Anambra Central people voted Ngige then because of his antecedents, the recent Fashola deportation saga, his support of it, his non performance in the Senate and the presence of more political heavyweights in the poll will ensure he loses in November
If you live in Anambra you would've noticed that Ngige has secured more endorsements from
Trade Unions
Town Union
Women Associations etc Than any other candidate in the forthcoming elections.
For the recent Fashola deportation saga its just Malaria at work grin grin
Political Heavy weights ? Heavier than Ngige ?? Have you taken your pills 2day undecided

I can't understand how People will associate with APGA.

The party that has been in turmoil since inception.
A party that has no ideology
A party that continuously gets used and dumped.

How is it in the best of anyones interest to follow a party that cannot even hold its own in the SE.
No recognized alliances in the Senate of House of Rep.

Please Anambrains if u can't vote APC please vote PDP and then pray.
The state has lost a lot profile wise Nationally with this whole APGA nonsense.

With election machinery/plans I heard has been set up by Ngige camp and APC.
This election looks like its APCs to loose.

It seems Anambra must be very critical to APC's plans.
The amount of money I heard secretly earmarked by APC Governors for next election is frightening.
This one will be impossible for anyone else.
Even if they spring a surprise, the plan hands Ngige a huge advantage in the election tribunal.

All these clowns here are so Ignorant.
Obi Disqualified Soludo so that he could present an Anambra North candidate.

Because presently based on what all those political unions have been saying, Anambra North is for Ngige.
Anambra Central is history while

The rest including Andy and Chris Uba can slug it out in the South.

FreeGlobe: Soludo should not allow these sadists kill his mandate. PDM is the next option, he needs to mobilize Atiku and the 9 governors. They can support him financially and otherwise. The massive outcry over Soludo's disqualification shows he has the people's mandate and this is his only shot. He should fold his sleeves and get it. Peter Obi should be ready for a big shocker. Ehhhhhhhhh !
We are still in page one ?
Can you imagine if it was Fashola who did this to Ibeto .
This placed would have been filled with words like
Tribalist, Facism, Human Rights, Hatred of Igbos, Genocide, Marginalisation, Biafra, Ethnic Cleansing, APGA/MASSOB,
Igbo President, Yoruba Party, we own Lagos
undecided

The reason this re.tard of a governor did this rubbish is because Ibeto is an Anambra man and not from Ebonyi
This is a practice prevalent in the East.
It is common practice for Igbos to be victimized, loose their jobs and landed properties and other assets in other Igbo states and no one says nothing about it.
Many Anambrains have suffered the same fate especially in Enugu and Ebonyi states.

Can you remind us of the year Ngige was voted into the senate? I'm sure ACN's genocidal agenda against the Igbo was not public knowledge then, neither was there any talk of associating with a prominent terrorist like Buhari - who is known for planning and endorsing the massacre of hundreds of Igbo sons and daughters in the north. Put your 'facts' in proper perspective.

shut ur dirty mouth!! Its ppl like you who sell ur brothers for a pot of ewedu. Unless Ngige leaves APC, nothing for him in Anambra State. Soludo and Ngige are two very credible candidates and they both would have slug it out bitterly (just like ngige and Dora Akunyili though ngige eventually won her by a very small margin)for the keys to the govt house. But as it is right now, its going to be a massive landslide victory for Soludo. Can u imagine some re.tar.ds like u rejoicing wen they heard Soludo got disqualified? So that it would pave the way for their sellout candidates who would do the will of tinubu and buhari in Anambra State. God Forbid!!! Do u even want what is good for ur state? That is if ur Ibo/Anambrarian. Finally, did u for one second think APGA would go into that November election without Soludo? Then that shows ur just a child, for only the politically naive would believe that whole ''disqualification'' charade. Soludo, the Anambrarians are solidly behind you!!
PapaBrowne: This move is very strategic.
Soludo will be recalled.

The goal is simple.
1)
Create a perception of transparency.
If you read the names of those disqualified, you'll find that the most popular candidates are on that list. Soludo and Obaze. Also, Idigo who is Obi's very personal person was also disqualified. With this, the process has an appearance of transperency right from the start.
Secondly, look at the reasons for disqualification: Tax Clearance, Finance and Voter's card. Even me sef go qualify with these easy barriers.

2)Taint the opponents
By making a South Western Muslim be the disqualifier of Soludo, the impact would be negative on Ngige who is is already seen as a stooge for South Western Muslims in the like of Tinubu.

3 )Popularize Soludo
The newspaper headlines are awash with the disqualification of Soludo. That has put his name at the forefront of the elections. It will get Anambrarians talking. The man will look victimized. And in turn would attract sympathy.

Soludo would be cleared today. She na Tax Clearance and Voters card and Financial capacity them say make im bring. Well a former CBN governor would not have a problem with any of that.
Igbos are so politically Naive.
With the quality of intelligence displayed here.
I don't think there's hope for the future.

With this level of short shortsightedness you will continue crying marginalization for the next 50 years !
Still don't understand why the educated elites in Anambra never get involved in local politics.

Leaving everything for illiterates

Obi is a schemer..I love the guy. He is in control of all these. It is a deal Obi, Umeh, Soludo and Akunili struck weeks ago before the peace initiative was achieved. Soludo had full assurance from Obi and Umeh with the help of Akunyili who happens to be very close ally to Obi and equally a sister inlaw to Soludo.

The "biggest economy in the world" has to do with industrialization and exportation. Believe, GEJ is working hard to bring in investors. He was in China last month to that effect. As at now, NEPA is almost history.
Private firms are taking over. Power generation, transmission and distribution will go the way of GSM.

As for Anambra, we have the capacity!
have you been to Nnewi before? Do you know that motor parts are not only sold but also manufactured there?
Africa is poor because we are importing everything. I will stake my time, resources and money for anyone who dreams industrialization. I prefer to vote him and let him fail me than to remain in the same old slavery kind of thoughts that kept Africa in the dark!
Yes I would believe GEJ if he says he's gonna bring in investors
But if he says he's gonna make Nigeria the biggest economy, I will tell him to shut up !

I was @ Nnewi last year, the place is a dump village,
I couldn't even pass the night there had to travel all the way to Asaba.

For whatever you may have against aspiring for greatness, the truth is this:
I will rather dream big than dream small.

It is obvious you did not read between the lines:
It is obvious we are not synchronizing. Yet let me try one more time:

By dreaming industrialization, you are dreaming

Security, Good roads, Urban planning, Health Care, Education, Welfare and Poverty and Power Supply!

All these are the small dreams in the big dream.
You can make roads without industrializing, but you cant industrialize without good roads.
You cant industrialize without power but you can fix power perhaps for charging phones.

I wish you well.
You have the right to dream, it is good for your health.
But this is not time to dream, we are talking about talking Governorship elections here.

How would you feel if in 2015 GEJ campaigns that hes gonna make Nigeria the biggest economy in the world.
Won't you tell him to fix NEPA first ?

We're talking about a village and your talking about Dubai and Taiwan

Industrializing and commercializing Anambra is a big dream in which the development of Awka is embedded.
Industrialization have road constructions embedded in it.

Development of Awka is too small a dream! Get it right and join forces with us.

You can develop Awka without industrialization but you cant industrialize without developing it.

You can keep dreaming
But this is not the time for dreams !
I am after real achievable goals.
Any one telling you he's gonna turn Anambra to Dubai, Taiwan, Hong Kong or China in 4-8 yrs is full of crap as far as I am concerned.
Especially coming from a candidate with no real party affiliations.
Anambra has more immediate problems like Security, Good roads, Urban planning, Health Care, Education, Welfare and Poverty and Power Supply.
These are problems which when fixed will see investors attracted to the state, especially indegenious Anambra Industrialist and Businessmen scattered all over Nigeria, who can't even invest at home because of the deplorable condition of the state.
Awka is the only state capital in Nigeria which is still virtually a village.
Even Soludo himself once described Anambra as "One Big Village" during his 2010 elections campaign

Ngige is the Vice-Chairman, Senate Committee on Power and Steel at a period when the Power sector is witnessing its biggest over haul ever.

Ensuring that his constituency benefits from his position .. Read
Shameless Tribalistic, Catholic Governor Peter Obi even tried to take the credit.

Ngige Assures Improved Power Supply

Sen. Chris Ngige, Vice-Chairman, Senate Committee on Power and Steel, has assured that there will be improvement in power supply across the country soon.

The senator, representing Anambra Central District, gave the assurance while fielding questions from newsmen in Awka on Tuesday.

According to him, the Independent Power Plant (IPP) programme being carried out by government is aimed at alleviating the suffering of Nigerians over the epileptic power supply in the country.

The senator assured that the IPP programmes would save small and medium scale industries from closing shops.

Ngige assured that Awka residents would soon begin to enjoy improved power supply with the new transmission line at Agu-Awka power station coming on stream.

He said that the Agu-Awka power station, a new transmission line in Anambra, was already being test-ran for the past three weeks, and would be officially commissioned soon.

“This is part of the Independent Power Plant (IPP) programme of the Federal Government on the power sector.

“What we have in Agu-Awka power station is a new transmission line under a test run and that explains why in the past three weeks major parts of the state capital have been enjoying uninterrupted power supply,’’ Ngige said.

He said that it had helped to reduce transformers’ overloading in the state capital and improved power supply to the neighbouring communities of Nibo, Mbaukwu, Umuawulu and Amawbia towns of Awka South Local Government Area.

“When the issue of IPP and transmission lines were being put in the front burner at the National Assembly, Onitsha-Nnewi commercial areas were also included as well as Enugu and Abakaliki.

“So that of the state capital has come on stream and I am happy to tell you that this is one of my constituency programmes for Anambra Central District,’’ he said.

He said that the senate probe on power and Nigeria Customs Services over the auctioned imported 21 containers had yielded dividend and Awka was one of the beneficiaries.

Ngige lamented that no fewer than 16,000 small scale and over 20,000 medium and large scale industries had closed business due to failure in the power sector in the South East Zone since 1999. (NAN)

No sir. we are talking about Industrialization and commercialization.
You were popular because you build roads and paid salaries.
Today, we have grown beyond "roads and salaries"

Sir, we don't need "a capital city to behold", we need industrialized and commercialized cities to visited.
Our dream is that foreigners will be queuing up at Nigerian Embassies (till we get Biafra), begging for visas so as to visit Anambra State either to buy or to sell.

We are dreaming an Anambra that is alternative to China, an Anambra that will contend with Dubai.
It all starts with a dream but sir, your dreams are too small for us.

Your dream belongs to yesterday, but we are no longer in yesterday.
