Well in Nigeria, certificates are not ceremonial. It has to be issued from the school.

In such situations, Tinubu meant to have disclosed to inec that he lost his certificate and then tender his transcript or an affidavit from CSU that he rightly graduated from CSU which I think he did.

The Supreme court will throw this out and claim this is a pre election matter while Tinubu's camp will argue that it was an error made by CSU registrar office.

It's a simple fix.. No need for, plenty grammer it's your timing.. The timing chain is either off or it's loose.. Confirm that he used the right timing and set it properly.. Most mechanics don't know how to set timing.. They will argue that as long as it's working it's fine but believe me it's timing it happened to. My 2arfe engine.. Same code .. You will. Notice a sharp drop. In engine power..like the engine is not picking sharp enough.. That's the timing.. It's off.. You can change the vvt valves that's those two right on top of your camshaft even the camshaft position sensor.. But will still give code.. Until.you check the timing either they used wrong timing chain or did not set it right ..

It's a timing issue your timing is not correct or it's loose.. He needs to. Open the timing and set it right or change the timing chain and ensure its set right that should. Solve your issue
