Nobody has downplayed the importance of sexual compatibility to a relationship. . . you just wanted to inject your own twist. Your flawed assumption that a man who was betrothed as a virgin would not know what to do in bed, is your fabricated lie; your way of saying you would prefer an experienced slut to a virgin. Different strokes for different folks. . . yeah, we know. The non-virgins of today were the virgins of yesterday.
When others decide the right time for them to have sex is when they are wedded, try to respect their decision too.

It would be an understatement if I say that you are being very closed off, despite our previous emphasis on openness.  Your refusal to communicate your feelings, unwillingness to tell me things. . . I can't live with that.  It would never work like that.
Put that guard down. Let me come in, because I need to know who you are too.  If you can't do it, let me know.
I want you to make a decision and be certain about what you decide. Be straight forward with me.  Don't leave me guessing. It takes ultimate strength. . . true courage to face your fears. . . to commit yourself to  doing the right thing. 
If in the spur of the moment you  choose to avoid doing the right thing, just know that you have caved in to insatiable selfish desires that won't fulfill you in the long run.  Don't prolong the inevitable if/when you already know it's inevitable.
I deserve to know what I'm getting.  Haven't I earned that much from you?  I guess it doesn't matter.
My word. . .it's my bond (my promise) that I gave you, and I have continued to back it up in every possible way that I know of.

The men in my life, are behaving just the way anybody in their position would behave. There is one man for every 5 girls where I work, and so even the ones with the personalities that need work on, are not maturing, and they have no need to, some women will 'take' them just as they are.

There is no pressure to act responsibly which therefore makes me look elsewhere, which gives the impression that I think I'm too good for them, since I am not in the rat race with the other girls.

Don't get me wrong, there are still some wonderful guys, but as for the number of these guys; it's really limited.

tope, these are diluted excuses in my opinion. you are simply not doing enough to hook the good ones, or (b) you are looking in the wrong places.
