Then go to bed. If you don't talk to me in september then you might as well quit talking to me now.

I'll listen to them whenever I feel like it. It's more of a spur of the moment kind of thing. Not something I would go out of my way to listen to by any means necessary. Of course when you are in a clique with naija folks then it does become a necessity to listen to that kinda stoff

Sure make me a mix. Maybe you can federal express it to my estate.  If it's dope I'll be bumping it all the time.
I don't care about y'all biness really. I was just taking a swipe at your friend for kicks.

Fela is an icon. He's very repetitive but the messages in his songs are stuffs of legend.
I do listen to the naija pop songs every once in a while. I'm just not a big fan who plays them all the time.
Romance › Re: I think I've fallen in love with the coolest babe on Nairaland? by C2H5OH(f): 9:34am On Jul 18, 2009
Lstened to them at church while I was in naija. Listened to them on cassettes, youtube, tv, woreva

Abeg I no dey bother myself with all that naija pop jazz. I wasn't exactly into fuji music. Once I found a way to liken it to rap and get a feel for what the lines are all about, the flow, the mojo, tempo etc, then I got into it a bit more. Still I'm not fanatic or uber-hardcore about it.

You should be making your boyfriend's CDs for him instead of typing away on nairaland. You talking about me keping up to date with naija jamz, what about your boyfriend? Tell him ipods n the other variety of mp3-4 players are the way to go now.

Yeah, sunny ade is the shit! Fela too

You so dumb if you take his ass back. This retarded nigga was out there taxing somebody else while you was with him. Ended up having a child and you didn't even find out about none of that until the child was born. Nigga comes back now that he's thru bustin' nutts with his baby mama. Wants you in his life 'cos you the reliable good girl that's ready to accept his stupidity. How convenient. Are you even thinking?

The need for comfort stems from the void you feel from being broken up from your boyfriend. Stay away from him. You are vulnerable and weak right now. You might end up having sex with him and you could end up regretting all that shit later on. Pardon my french. Get it together! Stay away from him.

Depends on the kind of disability and the severity of it.

Folks have been unfortunate in this life time to be plagued by some injuries / accidents or whatever situations they can't control. If I think I have the courage to look beyond the disability, I should have nos problemas dating el disablo.

Some 'em are.  Most of them would say they are not, but they definitely are.  I've heard plenty stories of girls folding in a corner when they see some hot boy looking at them, and when he finally musters up the courage to approach them to ask them out, they are caught by surprise.  The ripple effect of the shock and awe of the unexpected could even cause them to orgasm on the spot sef.

Intimidated wouldn't exactly be the right word I would use for it thaw

If you ain't gon' put your heart into it don't waste time lying to some innocent serious-minded boy that you wanna have a serious relationship with him. What you can do is date, date, date and date. Go out, meet new people, enjoy the experiences, you don't have to be tied down to anyone. Have as much fun as you can doing that. You won't have to expend too much energy I'm sure. And when you do get tired of that lifestyle and decide it's time you want to settle down, find someone who you think you will be compatible with and go with the flow with him.

Poster, it's not just you at all. I do not find western food tasty either. I have tried experimenting and welcoming them, but everytime I slip one into my mouth I just simply vomit. Broadening my horizon just doesn't work for me. My stomach is wired differently.

I don't eat chinese, hot dog, sushi, only eat plain burgers, no pizza, pasta, whatever. None of that taco bell stuff either, no lazana, tortilla nothing. Rice all day everyday. I stick with my Nigerian food.

you are not alone. I am very very exteremely picky when it comes to what I eat.
