In my country, when the air-force jet accidentally drops bomb on an IDP camp, killing over 50 civilians and some Red Cross volunteers, the president simply apologises on Facebook and nobody resigns. Not even the pilot or the mission commander resigns.

Yet they say we are a 'developing' nation.

So apparently during the so-called Sambisa tour, was it Lai Mohammed, Ezekwesilli and others in their surveillance jet that saw a cluster of people moving and thought it wise to alert the base station about a suspicious BH movement.
This led to the drafting of an attack squad.

However, I cannot categorically tell you if it was the exact same mission that led to this accident or not but the timing and location is too close to call.
