Not so fast mann! Let's have our own polls in here because I'm certain that no nairalander was captured in that survey (if any was actually carried out). Kindly hit "like" for approval and "share" for disapproval or anything else ![]() |
sexybbstar:D'accord, c est vrai. Je pense qu'il est un mot pour " Yahoo Instant Messenger" mais, je ne suis pas très sure. Svp, pouvez vous me donne votre nom sur IG? |
Na wa. According to Forbes Africa (pg 20, August 2016) Nigerians spend about $2bn annually on educational and medical tourism only to be attended to in those foreign lands by their very own countrymen and women! Those pros didn't leave because there were too many quacks in the system. They left because of unfavourable conditions in the system. Those unfavourable conditions still hold sway. In fact, they're waxing stronger by the day. The powers that be and their kith and kin, right from the top, still engage in educational and medical tourism. The current president is billed for yet another stint abroad seeking medical attention in a foreign land. And the minimum wage can't buy a bag of low quality rice. Some decades ago, a certain Temitayo Shokunbi was the best graduating medical student in the whole of Canada. Despite mouthwatering offers globally, he chose to return to Nigeria to serve his country. In that era, such decisions were common place. Today, such a decision would be unbelievable. And almost unacceptable. Point is, Nigeria hasn't been able to manage the remunerations, benefits and work paraphernalia and conditions of the unqualified ones. It will cost even more to manage the professionals. |

GloriaNinja:Please, y'all should give up the sainthood already. So if Kemen represents 'bad things', what does Tboss represent? 'Good things'? Bitches puhleeeease! |
All these people and their reports. What percentage of our budget is voted for education? What plans are on ground to ensure that we grow and produce up to 80% of what we eat in Nigeria. What are we doing concerning ALL police barracks in Nigeria? What are we doing to stop the practice of police officers buying their uniforms and other work paraphernalia from their pockets? As a nation, are we ever going to develop a working health insurance scheme? What are we going to do concerning social welfare? Is there a plan for street beggars besides accosting them from one place only to dump them in another? Are we still going to have two laws running parallel in the constitution? Vis-à-vis sharia As of today, are we just going to be fighting ethnic and tribalistic e-wars until they foist Atiku, Buhari, Babangida and Rocha's on us as the only worthy candidates to contest in 2019? Why can't basic things in this doggone country just, work? ![]() |

These are very good and affordable. Or at least within budget. Personally, I prefer them to bbd. https://www.beoplay.com/products/beoplayh8#usp Thank me later |
I instinctively wanted to close the page when I saw FFK's name at the top but somehow, I didn't. I must say here that it's an interesting piece. I'll have to verify some of these claims first before reacting. |
Where's Soma? |
I'm wondering how much that becomes monthly, net of taxes and all other deductibles. |
shinarlaura:Completement incroyable! Dans cette cas, je voudrais nous nous savoir plus |

CaroLyner:There's a difference between being famous and infamous, besides the spellings. |
This one that everyone is rejecting the money and the flat and all I need is an infinitesimally insignificant fraction of the sum to pay my rent, can I just be squatting there till I get an alternative? In any case, in the event that Muazu claims ignorance of the individual/company that bought the said apartment, his account statement from 9yrs ago (or less) would reveal the required identity. I choose to believe that the efcc has followed this paper trail thoroughly before starting out on this media trial. Either so or there's rodents in the barn. And it's not these folks stashing cash in abandoned condos and shops. When pigeons in your coop, gotta watch where your birds lay. |
donmalcolm21:He sure did. The party actually promised that Nigerians will always have one meal daily. These days, no matter how many meals one used to have daily, one can't afford to splurge on more than a meal daily. Next president please! |
Na wa, na real wa! |
Statsocial:Staff/Student ratio is a standard criterion for the ranking of tertiary institutions globally. Contrary to your earlier submission, it actually paints a truer picture of what's available in an institution as regards the quality of obtainable learning and work being done there. A good portion of the core academic staff of nigerian private universities have their origins in nigerian public schools but that doesn't exonerate the public schools from balancing this ratio subsequently. If you have the comprehensive data on these schools, public and private, post it accordingly. The same benchmarks should be used for public and private schools if the quality of Nigerian education is being addressed here. |
