I read my post again, I never blamed or said anything about the rapists... No.
It is the parents fault, they should carry the blame.

Next time i start shifting blame, do think about the victims and the emotional trauma they must be passing through.

If the victim is my family member, would i shift the blame.

Think about this picture for a minute..

I am ill informed and I know nothing about rape.

if i think skimpy clothes triggers rape, think about India with high rate of rape where women cover up and still get raped.
Or the paedophiles who rape little children not older than 9 years old.

What excuse will i make this time.

A rapist will rape his victim whether she is dressed well or not.

Keep underating rapists and treating rape cases with kid gloves at my own peril.

Whenever someone gets raped ,they will look for someone else to blame aside the rapists.

Before and during 2015 election, some people wished Buhari dead, but God rescued him though his so-called enemies knew the death trap set for him in his office's AC that he cannot escape death because they are very bold and sure of the efficacy of the trap but God is greater than man. Some people wished him lose the election, but God helped him ; he won. So many people hated him, calling him different ridiculous names but God loves him. Keep it up as he continues to succeed.
