Yorubas want to decide for demselves and for igbo. That is obsession and not healthy.

We have datch you Lagos, now let us sit and dissolve Nigeria amicably.

U get oduduwa or Oduarewa and we get Biafra.

From rat poison to death by Buhari. Awolowo is truily a cat who died nine times.

If only Nnamdi Kanu knew this part then he would have supported Buhari Presidency.

quote any section of Nigeria constitution that recognizes international criminal court rule to be binding on Nigeria. u don't need to remind me that we are talking international law because I know before commenting, I also said that the decision of ICC is of persuasive authority on Nigeria and not of binding authority on Nigeria quote me any where. Do u know that Nigeria could choose to disregard the ICJ ruling on bakassi Peninsula? By the way who enforces ICC rulings?

That is where you get it wrong. It is binding on matters regarding human rights of which the right to self determination comes under.

On recognition of fundamental rights under international law see Chapter iv of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999

McTobe:
For where? No international law takes precedent over any country's constitution. it contravens the Westphalia treaty establishing the modern state structure thus any rule of the UN is only of persuasive and not of binding authority on Nigeria. On the issue of a referendum to determine a seceding part's claim to right for self determination the truth of the matter is that a lot of political tricks can be brought to bear on the matter depending on the alliance that the seceding part have in the parliament with one or more factions in the house. I stand to be corrected but I don't think u need to amend any constitution. INEC can be used to settle the matter through referendum but like I said with the right political alliances.

Dude we are not talking politics and UN here, we are talking law. Nigeria is a member state of the international court of justice and human rights and when matters fall under the jurisdiction of the international court, it take precedent over domestic court and constitution. The Nigerian constitution recognises international law.

South Sudan did not go into parliamentary politics to break away from Sudan and neither did Ethiopia. This is not the UK. Sadly other regions not included in the break away state have no say in the matter and their alliance nor required.

Yes. Nigeria is a signatory country to the International Court and international law takes precedent over domestic law.

Thus, no need to amend constitution to hold referendum in the SS AND SE for Biafra.

Two Lawyers for Nnamdi Kanu means one is fake the other is real.

Family lawyer is real whilst the one provided by Buhari administration is fake.

It means the one giving press release of having spoken or seen Nnamdi Kanu is fake

It means they intended to fool everybody that Nnamdi is still alive whilst only the fake Barrister attend hearing.

At the end, they serve a life imprisonment and close file.

Nnamdi Kane have been Murdered by Buhari.

Op have you ever heard of the world air-strikes? Do you know that just 3 or 4 air-strikes are more than enough to reduce more than half of you guys? I pity you. I personally even want a civil war to break out and let's see who will be at the receiving end or who will suffer the heaviest casualties. In case you don't know you're alone in this your Biafra struggle. Be careful what you wish for. Mind you the SE is a very vulnerable region and 60% of your population live outside the SE. So it won't be difficult in ending your biafra madness in about 2 days. If the war was to break out who are your allies? What weapons do you have in your arsenal to take the Nigerian army in 3days? Don't be fooled by media propaganda. Nigeria has one of the best foot soldiers in the world. The Nigerian army singlehandedly ended the civil war in Liberia and Sierra Leone and played a major role in the Sudan war. Amnesty International won't come to your rescue. The UN won't come to your rescue.

If you're hoping on south south to join you in your madness, you're on a very long thing. I'll personally join the Nigerian army to wipe out your cursed tribe once and for all. They'll be no escape route this time. You'll be killed and your lands occupied and your women sold as sex slaves for 500 naira. I'll personally located you, eurobomber, lygn19, tonychristopher, ikenagwo, yorubatic, obiagu, nneka123, etc and put a bullet in your heads.

One mistke. Biafra part two is not a defensive war but offensive. We will move into Southwest and lay the entire region to waste and that includes your baboon looking women. Nothing and no one will be spared.
