I think I am going to adopt this method. I was chatting with a very pretty girl I met on Facebook and somehow got attracted to her. Lagos Landlords are crooks.

They will keep renting out apartments when they know they are also sourcing for a buyer to purchase the building.


That was how at the beginning of this year, they wanted to send me back to relegation just three months after packing into an apartment I just rented but thank God for grace.... Had to source for money to rent another apartment before new owners came to demolish the building. The loss I incurred still pain me till date.


Before renting any apartment in Lagos, do a thorough research and find out if the building is on the market for sale or not.
