2) They have no insurance
3) The box can be stolen, lost or affected by unfortunate events like flood or fire.
4) They risk breaking the box early.
5) They are unable to track how much they have kept at any point.


There's no gain in saving with kolo box.

For health reasons, I'll always suggest people buy their own mattresses brand new. You don't want to know what some mattresses have been through.

A family friend once decided to dispose off a new looking big mattress, and when asked why, she was ashamed to say there were bedbugs all over it, so my sister asked for the mattress and got it for her guest room. The day I focused on that mattress, I killed about 100 bedbugs.

Some used mattresses are carrying skin diseases, there are people who when they lose a loved one from an infectious diseases, they dispose off the mattress and other beddings the person used. These may end up in the marketplace. Of all things, a mattress is one I recommend you buy brand new.
